We had been researching pool companies for a couple months and we were extremely impressed with Blue Water Pools. Their system with ionization is what sold us after reading about the process. This is a much healthier way to keep your pool clean without having to use all the chemicals that traditional pools require. There was quit a wait before they could come out and install, so make sure you sign up as soon as possible, preferably in the winter months so hopefully it can be installed right at the beginning of swimming season.

By the time ours was set up, it was the end of summer. But we were still able to enjoy the pool for a few weeks before it was time to close it up for the winter. So we are super excited to open it back up and be able to enjoy it ALL summer long. Thanks Blue Water Pools!

Female I spoke to on the phone was very polite. When I arrived the gentleman that helped me was a total dough bag. Dont recommend doing business with this clown.

Very expensive and customer service rep rushed me out when I started explaining my issue with my pool and asking if there were any other options other than a new $500 pump set. which I found at Atwoods for less than $200.

The staff were both helpful and knowledgeable, I'll be a customer here for a long time.

Blue Water has installed my new cover and taken care of closing my pool for the last three years. Recently Suzanne helped me rebuild my 20+ yr old multi-port valve. It's working good as new now. I have taken water samples to them over the years and received solid advice. They are always very helpful and full of great advice. I never feel like I'm scolded for doing something wrong because I do a lot of my repairs and maintenance myself. These are good folks. Thank you for servicing Carthage!

We have had great success with blue water. We were having an issue with a leaking pump, they came out and diagnosed it very quickly - identified and corrected some things that we were going to be issues in the future. We took a water sample to them and they provided everything needed to get our water crystal clear. Always friendly and punctual to their appointments (we've found this is a rarity).

I'd give them zero stars if I could. They installed our inground pool but couldn't replace the liner when it needed it. We were on our own for that. They are 3x as expensive as other retailers for supplies (I am NOT exaggerating! $17 for a bag of salt!) and they are impolite. I use them only when I need something in a real pinch and leave frustrated EVERY time. I wish there were other option the area.

Do not waste your time with this business. Not only will they show up and break your pool filter because they can't follow simple instructions, but then they'll bill you for it. These clowns were hired to start the pool up for the season and they couldn't even do that competently. Then I got a bill for over $400 two days later for the service they didn't even provide.

They delayed the opening of the community's pool and didn't even care. They offer zero customer service. Adding insult to injury, they'll get on google and argue with your review. Maybe don't be a horrible company and you won't have to publicly dispute your incompetence. Take your business elsewhere.
