Today(10/14/21) was David (if I got the name right!). He was very good, and friendly! Have never had a technician we didn't care for! Super pleased with this company! We've been using Youngberg's/One Hour since we moved to the area six years ago - they've always been professional, courteous, and helpful with their explanations and suggestions on how to resolve issues. They're quick to fit us on the schedule and fair with their prices - will stick to their word with quoted prices and will be upfront if something needs to change. I don't know if they're the lowest price out there, but even if they're not, they are worth the price you pay!

Cody was awesome! We had been struggling with our heating system until we stopped in at One Hour Heating! The receptionist set up an appointment for us the same day! (Thank you so very much!). Our technician Cody, was on time, patient to explain things to us, and very helpful! He diagnosed the problem and had us back up and running immediately. I would recommend this company 100%. We are Very satisfied with the service we received!
