Action Overhead Door

I had warranty work done which for some companies is low on the priority list. Shelby in the office was pleasant to speak with she gave me a date for the work to be done. Adam their service tech showed up on time fixed the issue and was gone.

12/29/21 A couple guys came to fix my garage door. Charged me $400, check written. Few minutes later they say need more parts. Wrote another check for $192. Few minutes later they say door wasn't installed properly to begin with (by another company). So they want me to pay more money. Needless to say, I question their competency and $600 and 2 wks later, my garage door is still broken!

My door wouldn't open so I call them. I get that there was an emergency price so I paid it. However when the spring on my door broke the second time only 2 days later and they still charged me. It was the issue that I called on the first time. I had another garage door expert confirm my suspicions. Furthermore, on the second visit call the technician was very unprofessional.

Not only did he back on part of my yard but he beeped the horn instead of coming to my door. He was blasting music and smoking too after he knew that I was waiting. And the real kicker was he lied about the spring being faulty after their previous tech had been there. Moral of this story: they're overpriced, shady and unprofessional!

Action replaced our garage door opener. Adam, the technician was professional and a straight shooter in letting us know the options and prices. He was prompt and personable. Great service from start to finish.

We had a new overhead garage door opener installed today. Adam was our technician. He was very competent and did a great job. He was also pleasant and easy to deal with. We are very pleased that we chose them and are very satisfied. We would highly recommend them.

Adam did a great job. Quickly determined that a new remote was needed and programmed it to all 3 doors without a problem. Lubricated all of the rollers and springs. We have used Action Overhead Doors before and will continue to if another problem develops. Superb service.

Great company, great price, great reliability. Adam is the man. He's done a couple garage projects for us including opener and got us a better weatherstripping to make it seal better on our garage door for the way the floor was made. Now I no longer have daylight under my door, except the one spot it's suppose to be. It's all flawlessly still working. Very friendly company. Very quick to show up. They'll definitely be my go to for overhead doors.

Action Overhead serviced my door a year ago and I called them again this year to do a tune-up. They showed up early at the time I had requested which was appreciated. The technician, Adam, did a great job inspecting the moving parts and spraying the necessary lubricant. Adam also was patient with my questions and explained the mechanisms. He was very courteous. I will be using Action Overhead for any future maintenance or repairs!

Gary B. came out to our new house and fixed a glass panel that was cracked. He was very efficient and even took the time to hep me program the entry panel. I was running late getting to the house, but Gary B. was thorough and focused on our needs like we were the only appointment for the day. Great customer service!

When I called action overhead door for an estimate right away I was welcomed with a great attitude and plenty of options to meet my garage door needs. They were reliable with scheduling an appointment and giving me prices that I could work with. They kept me in the loop as to when my overhead door worker would be arriving so I could be home or just to verify it's still okay for them to check out the garage even if I couldn't be there.

If not they will reschedule. They are very flexible and very helpful. I recommend action overhead door to anyone looking for the best people to service you and your garage door needs!

Today I had a great experience with Gary from Action Overhead. He took the time to explain the various issues we were having with the garage and fixed all that he could. Our garage door would randomly open after being shut and the problem (among others) was fixed in about an hour or so. I will not hesitate to call them again if I need anything at all!

I would never use this place. My spring broke on my garage door. I called they sent me out a guy, the price went from $300 to $500 and was informed it would be a week to 2 weeks before it could be fixed. I called 3 other businesses and was informed the price should only be $300 and should have been fixed same day. The owner of the house called in and asked about the appointment, they could not find it, we cancelled. I now have a bill of $90 for no work done. I have filed a complaint with BBB and got no result. As far as I am concerned this business is a con business
