Not only are the ladies on the phone nice and helpful, but the service tech was fantastic. They even send you a bit of information about the tech so it made us feel even more comfortable before he came into our home. 100% recommend this company. Green's has kept my washer going until it was not worth it. They very recently added Speed Queen to their line. They have been such a pleasure to work with. They came out to give us a quote for a new gas hot water heater. They showed up on time, very professional and customer focused. Gave a very competitive quote over 2 others and went with them because of their customer interactions. Installed the day and time frame requested. Had a truck problem that the team was all over and Asheley stayed in constant contact keeping us up to date. Curtis the installer was very customer focused and excellent interpersonal skills. Would definitely use them again.

At first I was a little leery of the $99 trip fee because then I had no idea how much else they'd find wrong. But Paul was amazing! Very professional. The communication from the company was very good in terms of how soon they could come out. Paul fixed the issue right up and had a replacement part ready to go. Fixed very quickly and for a great price. I'll call Greens every time!

He also identified a potential future issue and (after showing me the problem) then addressed the issue. The service was thorough, professional, neat and timely. From my first call to Green's Appliance, the people I talked to were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. I had called late in the day on a Friday, and Hailey took my information and actually called me back first thing Monday with answers to my questions. I scheduled my appointment with them to look at my fridge/freezer. I got a text reminder the day before the appointment, and on the day OF the appointment, I got another text reminder, a phone call saying they were on the way, and an additional text with the technician's photo, so I would know who to expect.
I really appreciate these additional steps. When Mike and Brandon arrived, they were courteous and professional. They listened as I (over) described the problem, and then went step-by-step with me to trouble-shoot - explaining as they went what they thought might be wrong, and what they were looking for as they opened various panels and such; then describing next steps as they continued to rule out each possibility.
When we couldn't duplicate the problem, Mike was honest with me, and didn't try to upsell me a new fridge. Instead, he suggested we just let it run and see if the problem re-occurred. He let me know that there is a 30-day "warranty" with their service call, so if the problem happens again in 30 days, there would not be an extra charge. He even looked up the part that "might be" causing the problem and explained that it may no longer be available (it is a 15 yr-old fridge).
We did discuss what would happen if and when it is time to replace my fridge, and he gave some excellent recommendations, based on his experience with various company's level of customer care and service I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. My interactions with Mike, Brandon, and Hailey are all proof of this company's culture and commitment to great customer service. They just won my complete loyalty - I will 100% use Green's again for all my appliances

I can't say enough good things about Mike and Green appliance. They put on their mask as soon as they saw me wearing one. He explained all my questions thoroughly and showed me what he was doing. After explaining that the cool air return was blocked, he gave me options for clearing out the ice and having it work today or paying less and letting it thaw on its own.

I am very impressed with how quick and professional this company was. We will definitely be calling again when we need heating/cooling services. Our technician, Brady, was quick and knowledgeable. He had our heat working again in about half an hour. For safety reasons, I also really appreciated the text we received or a picture of who would be coming to our home and a little bit about them. The quality of service performed by Green's was second to none. From the inspection to the installation of our new furnace, each individual was professional and performed their jobs very well. Zack B. was a huge help in identifying problems in our old furnace and also in helping pick out the new equipment for our home. Thomas C. and his crews did an excellent job on the installation of the new furnace and all of its components. I was very impressed and would recommend Green's to anyone.

Each time I've called they have been SUPER helpful in what needs to be fixed and how to go about fixing it. I truly love dealing with them, Zach was super helpful with helping me understand what was happening and how to avoid further issues with my heater. He also has looked at my air conditioner which looks like it's the original unit my house came with. straight up ancient and helped it last longer! (Thanks for that btw) I cannot say enough good things about the communication in the office as well! They called to let me know where I was in line and what time he would be there. They've made a customer for life!

We had a technician out on May 4th to look at our dishwasher. We were told that it needed a new part and that the wait could be until mid-June. We weighed the pros and cons of waiting on the part or buying a new dishwasher. We decided to wait. We called Greens multiple times to check on the status of the order. Each time we were promised a call-back and heard nothing.
Today I called Greens again and was told I'd have better luck ordering the part myself. Whirlpool estimates a month wait in the part with the price of $230. Cost from Greens to install is $330. We've already paid $89 for the diagnosis. Liz in the parts department blames COVID for the wait. While I understand things are backed up, that does not explain the complete lack of communication from Greens Appliance or the attitude of, just call them yourself. After 3 months of waiting I am just $89 in the hole with Greens. Still no working dishwasher and no idea how to move forward. We will not use Greens again.

I would stay away from Greens like the plague! I am sure many people may have had pleasurable experiences, but many, many, many years ago they almost cost us our lives. To make a long story short, their technician came out to check an old frig that was causing mild "shocks" when we touched the handle. We had therefore unplugged it. He told us it had to b plugged in OVERNIGHT for him to check it next day. Well, we never made it, cuz it sparked a fire in the basement! I even jokingly asked him it wud start a fire! Nope, he replied. Beware!

We were overdue for a check and tuneup on our central a/c. We've been blitzed on tv and in the mail with ads from many heating and cooling companies offering free or less expensive prices for these tuneups but went with Greens since they serviced our furnace when it stopped working in cold January with very short notice (not sure if it is worse to freeze in the winter or swelter in the summer).
This time we had to wait several weeks for an appointment but it was not an emergency so we were ok to wait. Turns out our appointment was scheduled for the first day of the June heat wave. Shortly after Mark arrived, he showed us that our blower capacitor needed to be replaced, giving us a bunch of technical measurements that I did not understand at all! However, since our unit is somewhere between 8 and 10 years old, a replacement part did not seem out of the question and our total bill was about just over $150. What I appreciate about Greens is that you are given a time window, called when you are the next service call and called again when the tech is on the way.

We have a Speed queen washing machine that was under warranty and needed repair and were given Greens contact info by the manufacturer. While the repairman was there we had him look at a range hood fan that had quit working. We were charged to have him look at the range hood which ultimately was never repaired as he couldn't locate the parts.
It also took three trips to repair our washing machine, and yesterday the washing machine experienced the same problem (so hasn't been fixed)and is now out of warranty. The repairman was very friendly and professional but we're in the same spot we were when we called originally and out the service fee we were charged.

I had an air conditioning issue surface on a rather warm day. Everyone in town was booked out several days, however Green's was able to get me in the same day. The customer service and communication was excellent. The technician explained the issue and did not come across as rushed even though he had other jobs to get to after mine. Overall I was very impressed and they have gained a new long term customer.

Tried calling twice, someone picked up the phone and hung up. Hoping it was in error (phones do get slippery) I gave it a few moments and called again. Someone hung up on me, without so much as a 'hello'. Perhaps it was only a minor repair/part I needed, but business lost is business lost, and my major needs will be sent elsewhere, because someone decided they didn't want to be bothered by the source of their income.

I was in a dither because I had an out of state relative arriving the day my furnace went out. I called several businesses, including the one that installed it. They were all too busy. I remembered that years ago we had used Green's for an appliance repair and were very satisfied. I called them and within hours they were at my door. Zach the technician was very friendly, kind.
He diagnosed the problem in a very timely manner. He fixed it, did not try to sell me anything, maintenanced it and all in about an hour. He also advised me on things to look for and that may need some repair in the future. We will definitely call on them for future needs! Highly recommended.

I've used Green's for several reasons. 1) replaced my garbage disposal, quickly and affordably. 2) Service my furnace and now on a yearly maintenance package. 3) repair/ trouble shoot my gas fireplace. DJ is GREAT! They take the time to educate and present options. I appreciate that instead of just.you must just do it, etc. I want to understand and also be a better home owner to prevent future problems on my own.
They also call you when the tech is on the way, so I could leave my office to greet and be there when they diagnosed. Less time out of the office. I would recommend them to anyone with heating, cooling or appliance needs.

Over the past several of years, I have called on Green's to fix my refrigerator and furnace. They have also replace my water heater and both sump pumps in my home and added a whole house humidifier. Their prices were always less than other big name companies and they provided quick service. They were great about calling ahead of time to let me know when I was next on the list and then call again to let me know when he was on his way over and what time I should plan on him arriving so I could be sure to be home. They are the only Heating/Cooling company I have recommended and have never been disappointed.
