We will tell you what your options are, if we see the damage, we will give you a price to replace the roof and then advise you on filing or not filing. Simply put, all Insurance carriers (Allstate, State Farm, Travelers, etc.) look at a roof with different specs on what they deem damaged or not. It's not fair as we have seen damaged roofs get denied and the homeowner rightfully had the damages.seems to be 1 insurance carrier more than the others. To help prove your case, we provide pictures and video if needed as well as an official report from Trycounty Contracting.

We own a business in Greenville SC and reviewed everything from 3 different roofing companies. We felt out of the 3, Trycounty was the only one that was going to have the "Owner" on-site during the whole job, so our decision was easy. We knew the job would be messy and loud but it was an organized mess.lol.

Trycounty really met all my expectations. I put my trust in them and was happy with the end results. I didn't rush to picking them, I had 3 estimates and they were in the middle, but the icing on the cake for me was that Jim (the owner) was going to be on the job and this made me feel all that much better. Thank you, Mark.

Unfortunately over three years ago my partner had a roof installed by this company. We both lived out of state and so unable to address an issue with the install we found upon returning to SC. During these three years we rented out the property whilst finishing education for new career. Unfortunately the renters (who never care) didn't bring to our attention a roof leak.
After moving back to the home we are addressing the leak. Found that under a very small portion of the roof THEY DID NOT INSTALL FELT! The owner Jim is claiming that a miracle storm came lifted the nailed shingles up and the felt flew way! An then this miracle storm nailed all the shingles back down. Be there the day they are installing to make sure you get what you are paying for, an that they remove all the old felt and nails.
The most unfortunate thing is their warranty is short only three years which is SC statue of limitation so we have no recourse. Damage to the home will end up being in the thousands! Jim however did reply to emails and thankful for that but unhappy that although we could't have brought this to their attention sooner they still wouldn't stand by their work.
