This company does not stand behind their product. I had a Solaris IAQ system installed in February of 2020. I had the system diagnosed in September as having a bad transformer in the control module needing a replacement part. I have had no response from Ultravation about parts and my A/C company finally received a response after 3 weeks saying they would have to send back the bad part first to get a replacement rendering the system inoperable and that Ultravation would not cover any labor.
The system is only 9 months old, how can they not stand behind their product. If you are considering any Ultravation product steer clear as they are not reputable and will cost you dearly for a system that does not perform to the sales literature.
