I am very happy with my two new Velux skylights with solar powered blinds and so are my grandchildren - no more glare on the tv screen while watching Sesame Street. But I am also pleased with the process of working with LaBelle Roofing. The estimate detailed all of the work to be done and I felt very comfortable having a roofing company handle the replacement of the skylights. The crew was very professional and took good care of my property. I have recommended them to my neighbors and family.

We used LaBelle Roofing to install two Velux skylights. I can't even begin to describe how pleased I have been with RJ and the rest of LaBelle Roofing. I got several quotes, and as far as pricing, LaBelle was in the middle of the pack. In terms of service, RJ has been leaps and bounds ahead of everyone else. He is very easy to communicate with and he is very responsive. Scheduling was a breeze. He sent a wonderful crew, who were very respectful, hardworking, and did a great job installing the windows. If I could give a 5 plus star rating to LaBelle Roofing I would. I had three skylights replaced. The work was done with attention to detail and the workers were polite and professional. The new shingles matched the old ones beautifully. Due to the previous installation, I needed to repair the area after the skylights were installed. RJ from LaBelle contacted a contractor for me and arranged to have a crew come to my home the next day (Saturday) to do the finish work.

The carpentry and plastering work was excellent and the skylights look great. Also, LaBelle did repair work on my roof and coordinated with another contractor to ensure that the job was done at the same time the skylights were replaced. RJ, the representative from LaBelle, was courteous, responded to my questions quickly, and gave me thorough answers throughout the process. It was a truly positive experience and I would hire them again in a minute.

I worked with RJ at LaBelle Roofing to replace 5 old skylights. RJ looked at the job and submitted detailed costs for the job. We did all of the paperwork via DocuSign which was clear and efficient. The Skylights were ordered and installation happened about 4 weeks later. Installation was smooth. The crew started at 7:30am and were finished at 1:30pm. I would highly recommend LaBelle Roofing.

We hired LaBelle Roofing to prepare our roof for new gutter installation. Matt came and made a careful assessment of the situation and patiently described his proposed plan. He happened to notice two tears in the roof membrane and asked his crew to make quick repairs for our benefit without charge. We had to wait a while for the weather to clear before they could complete the proposed job, but Matt was always responsive to our calls. Matt's crew came on the agreed upon date and completed the work without issue.

The roof has performed perfectly since. We are grateful for this excellent service and will always return to LaBelle for any future roofing needs. We have no affiliation or relationship with this company or its owners aside from this work described.

LaBelle Roofing and owner Rob LaBelle did an outstanding job fixing a persistently leaky flat section of our roof. We had hobbled along having handymen do patch jobs and the water always seemed to find it's way in. When we had a hard rain in early November, we realized we needed to shore things up quickly before winter hit. Rob came out to assess the job on the same day I called him.

He was courteous and respectful, asking if when might be a good time for his crew to get up on the roof to take a look. He produced the estimate in a matter of days. Once we contracted with him to do the work, he did his best to get our job done before the weather turned too cold to do the work. Somehow he got it done on one of the few days that temperatures were high enough to do the work, getting his crew out to complete the work in one day. Rob was on site to get his crew started and the crew was professional and respectful, tidying up the yard and removing all debris on the same day they did the work. Rob followed up with me in person the next day to see how the job went and to make sure the yard was cleaned properly. I am very satisfied with the job they did and will contract with LaBelle roofing again if ever we need roofing work in the future.

I contacted LaBelle Roofing about replacing a very large skylight on a flat roof. (The old one was original to the building and would leak in heavy rain.) From the start, they were very responsive. I've had many experiences where it's a battle to even get a company to return a phone call, let alone do the work. So it's such a relief to find a company that responds quickly and courteously.

I was happy with the estimate and opted to proceed with having a custom skylight built (the final cost was exactly the same as the original estimate). They kept me informed during that period. I was nervous about the installation, as it required a crane to lift both old and new (and both heavy) skylights to and from the roof. And I was worried that something might fall through the large hole in the ceiling during the process! Thankfully everything went perfectly.

The whole process took about 2.5 hours and was remarkably efficient. With far less noise than I had imagined, and barely any clean-up on my part. A quick sweep of the stairs below the skylight was all I had to do! The new skylight is beautiful. I can watch clouds rolling by, and see stars at night. It's definitely added value to my home. I enjoyed working with LaBelle Roofing and I'm very happy with the end result.

Could not be happier with the work from LaBelle Roofing. They replaced 5 skylights for us. I knew right from our first meeting I was dealing with a professional well qualified contractor. They were careful to explain all my options, making sure I got the right skylights for our home. When it was time to install the windows, they showed up when the said the would and were very respectful to our property. Clean up after the job was great. I cannot say enough good things about LaBelle Roofing. Vary pleased with every aspect of the work and recommend them without hesitation.

LaBelle roofing fixed our roof leak and ice dam problem. We've tried a bunch of other roofers without good results. In contrast, LaBelle took the time to thoroughly examine our roofing situation, come up with a few options, explained the pro/con on each, and did a great job executing on the option we selected. I think the roofing industry is filled with plenty of people who are happy to charge a lot of money to just slap on some new tiles. LaBelle isn't one of them - we plan to use them in the future when we have any roofing needs.

I was extremely impressed and happy with my recent experience with LaBelle Roofing. It was a large job, encompassing new roof, repairs and replacement of 8 skylights. I found Rob to be very responsive and engaged, from the initial estimates through refinement of the job's scope and supervision of the crew during the work. The project execution was exceptional; highly skilled, hard working crew did an outstanding, quality job, followed by a full cleanup of the grounds. This was my best experience to date with a home contractor. I would highly recommend Rob and his team for any roofing job.

They did a complete new roof in summer of 2016, removing the old one. I give them 2 thumbs up. Very fine office staff, kind and responsive.

LaBelle Roofing did a fabulous job on my roof. Showed up as promised with an extremely professional crew who were pleasant to work with. The roof looks and performs great. I love the fact that they have an office right on rte 20 in Wayland where I could go to talk with questions about my project. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I had them out to ask a question about why we had paint peeling on the sides of our house (figured it had to do with roofing). The guy I met with was awesome. He said it wasn't a roofing issue and went back and spoke with several people and called me back that day to confirm his idea. We didn't end up using them but what customer service. THey couldn't have been better and you better believe we will use them

Nicest guy and taught me everything I need to know about a roof. It was obvious he knows a lot about roofs and which materials are the best quality.

The Best Company In this USA I have never encountered a company that is this good at what they do and how they treat their customers as Labelle Roofing, Wayland, MA. From the most amazing, efficient and dedicated Diane in the office, to Dave, the owner to the terrific roofers, I cannot even begin to say how impressed I am. With this Boston weather, my builder called them and they were out same day fixing ice dams on my room.

The next week they came out upon request and de snowed the entire roof and took of all the ice dams that were still there and shoveled the 12 feet of snow away from the entry. I am still amazed at this service. The owners and staff are the nicest people I have met in probably 20 years. I do not get impressed at all by any company so this review means this company is beyond belief.in the best possible way.

I wish I had more jobs to give them. I will spread the word and hope that this review will bring them the best of luck and fortune because they deserve every penny they charge and they deserve the award of the century in business ethic. PS they are very reasonable in their pricing and work harder than any one I have ever known and again, I know many many workers. LaBelle, thank you! Labelle did our roof a couple years ago and did a great job. They were great for scheduling, explaining what needed to be done, giving clear options at different and fair price points, and getting the job done quickly. They did ours while there was a significant amount of snow on the ground so it was a little tougher of a job and we did find some nails and debris after the snow melted but I understand that it's a lot harder to sweep for nails when they can easily get pushed down into the snow. Overall, I'd hire them again and would recommend them.

I had Mark come out to quote the job. He was very knowledgeable and explained things well. Labelle's pricing was solid not too cheap or too expensive. Labelle came in a few Thousand cheaper than another roofer. They provide a handy list of everything to be done. They pulled permits and got the dumpster delivered. The job involved removing the old chimney, removing old shingles/underlayment, flashing around two skylights, several vents, adding ridge vent, underlayment ice and water shield and shingling main roof, rear porch, front bump outs and garage.

The crew banged out a 12 hour day. The whole team was quick to respond on scheduling and details. We are very happy with the work and look of the new roof. I would highly recommend LaBelle Roofing.

We need to install 2 skylights and called them based on Velux recommendation on the website. Since we bought the skylights ourselves instead of purchasing from them, the guy we spoke to gave us a quote of $3000 per skylight installation. We called someone else and was given a price of $550 each. What a rip off.
