VERRRRY unresponsive to me. I've left 3 messages, requesting a call back to place an order and, surprisingly, no one has returned a call. I know I'm at the right place because they answer C & R Flooring. To date I'm very disappointed.

I highly recommend C&R. My antique home (1847) has a variety of types of old wood floors that had been neglected for decades by the previous owner. They made them look beautiful. They went above and beyond and assisted with patching a section of damaged flooring, even taking the time to blend the wood with stain to match. A+, will hire again.

C&R flooring refinished my cherry wood floors. This company is excellent, highly professional, reliable, and great work. Employees are all very professional and very helpful. When they were done not a speck of dust which was really nice. They are the only flooring company to use.

I can't say enough about C&R Flooring. Chris came out to my Needham Apartment to re-do the wood floors that had been previously covered by 35+ year old brown shag carpet. I had just purchased the condo and it was last updated in the 60's and was in need of some serious help. Chris was able to match the wood and carry it over to the kitchen which was previously titled.

The wood matched perfectly which was a request I had when we talked about carrying over the wood to the kitchen. The color is amazing and every need was met by Chris and his wonderful crew. The customer service I received was phenomenal. The best part is there is really no dust! Thank you so very much for the wonderful job!

We were very happy with C & R Flooring - they refinished the maple wood floor in our kitchen. What was extra impressive was what happened when we had a couple of areas we thought did not turn out exactly right. Out of our own laziness, we waited over a month to finally get around to telling the manager Cheryl. She sent over Chris, the owner, who took a good look at it and made a point to say they stood behind their work.

He is having his crew come over and correct the two areas we thought were less than perfect and he is not charging us for anything additional. He is very customer oriented and we are happy with how our floors look.

An owner that stands by his customers- Had our floors refinished with the new dustless system. C & R did a great job. Then our daughter accidentally spilled nail polish remover on an area, which, of course, caused some damage. Owner Chris Zizza went out of his way to meet with us and repair our mess. If you're shopping around for a floor company, I recommend C & R.

Dustless? Yes. It is neat. But, it is expensive. That might have been okay, as I knew what I signing up for. Yet, after they performed the job, I had MAJOR spots all over my floors: big discolorations - both dark and light - and all the edges were not uniform with the rest of the floors. To their credit, they did come back and acknowledge that it looked horrible.

They "re-did" it again, which made it slightly better, but they never so much as called or emailed again to see if I was satisfied (I am not). For the amount they charge, I expected a MUCH better job, and I definitely expected much better service. Beware. They are very nice and it IS cleaner than regular sanding, but their work is not good, and their quality control stinks.

Truly a fast and exceptional service. I expected some dust but nothing. In and out with 3 coats of finish in less than 8 hours. Furniture moved, moved back and out the door. Great directions for care and the floors look new. I mean this is truly dustless.nothing. Family room; kitchen.really beat in one area and hallway. $2500.00!
