John presented a complete proposal with satalite photos and didn't need to take up my time with an in person visit. Once I accepted, he set the appointment, gave me prep instructions, sent a reminder text the day before and then was there 5 minutes early on the designated day. He has superior equipment compared to what others have used in the past and his experience showed as he maneuvered from driveway, to second story deck and then the whole house. The whole process was to notch from start to finish.
