Roy Lomas Carpets & Hardwoods

Excellent service. We had a small job but it was completed in a few weeks. We worked with Becca and customer service was top notch.

We contracted with Roy Lomas to install hardwood flooring on the entire first floor of our house, which had been 50/50 carpet and hardwood. This was a big job; the installers moved all our furniture including some large office pieces, ripped out the old flooring, and installed the new flooring and shoe molding. John (not the correct spelling, I think) and his crew completed the work in less than the 1.5 days we had been told to expect, and they did an incredible job.

These guys are hard-working, skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work. John came up with some nice, innovative solutions to finishing the floor abutting a brick fireplace and some built-in oak cabinets. We love the new look, and John and his crew left our house beautifully clean. I highly recommend them.

They damaged walls leading to the room the seams are horrible. The installers left without saying a word knowing it was not a good installation and the Damge the caused. Someone came out to inspect from Lima's haven't heard anything for two weeks. I tried calling and leaving voicemails they said they are having issues with their phones. Really!

Had kitchen floor and living room carpet installed. Everyone from the initial visit to store to look at samples to completion of both projects was excellent. Workers arrived on time and jobs completed ahead of estimated time. Will definitely use again.

I went to Roy Lomas for flooring for my kitchen.l could not believe the amount of different types of flooring there was, it was so hard to choose.the sales women Renee Wied was so helpful so friendly and great to work with a professional and positive sales women. The day came for installation by Dave Hagan what a job he did by himself I couldn't believe it.

Had vinyl installed in master bathroom one week ago. It was done quickly and looks great. This makes two bathrooms, a laundry room and the kitchen done by Lomas. Next up is carpeting for the master bedroom as soon as the virus allows shopping again. All of the bedrooms now have new carpeting thanks to Lomas. The installers were professional and did each room efficiently. The price was reasonable, also. Just got laminate flooring in the living room and dining room. It looks great. Thanks Lomas.

We have spent a significant amount of money at Lomas since we bought our new home 10 years ago. We recently added hardwood flooring to our master bedroom of the same width but slightly different shade since original flooring was no longer available. We expected the new flooring to be lined up with the existing floor which did not happen. We have made three attempts to correct this issue.

We received one customer service visit but the explanation given was viewed as an excuse intended to avoid the cost of doing it correctly. We then made two other visits to the store. On the second visit we were told someone would contact us which never happened. We recently made a third visit to the store and must say we were surprised at how we were treated.

This same salesperson gladly took our orders over the years but was annoyed when presented with a problem. We have other work planned for our home but will definitely take our business elsewhere. We always felt good about shopping at Lomas and are truly surprised by this treatment. The service department reached out to us and were responsive and remedied the situation. Appreciate the service department and their concern for customer satisfaction.

Excellent sales services and install service. I would have them come out again and highly recommend Roy Lomas. Mike was my installer and he was fantastic! Highly experienced, sociable and came prepared. It was a bit of a drive for us to the showroom but worth every minute!

We haven't purchased from Roy Lomas *yet*, but after shopping around for carpet for months, and having TERRIBLE experiences with Empire and other larger corporations, we wanted to leave a review. The gentleman that helped us was very kind, patient, informative and up front about cost. Looking forward to scheduling our new carpet installation soon! :D

Great place, great ppl, great deals! Only place I go for my flooring needs. So nice when picking up material to not have to wait in a line. Warehouse guys get your name and normally leaving in 10 mins unlike big box stores where your in line for 15mins another 20 mins for them to find your order and another 20 for them to help you load. Another nice thing they check the order in front of you and answer any questions! Nice to see people who actually care!
