What was the need? Effects of storm Ida flooded my basement and destroyed my heating system (oil) and water heater (propane). Since I had to replace both systems and gas was in the area I switch over. In came Stryker! They talked over my options with both systems and we agreed on a plan. They replaced both systems and installed all the gas piping which when inspected by the gas company they said it was one of the better installations they have inspected.

They do really good work with gas installations. I had three estimates this was not the cheapest but they did not offer any unnecessary modification and really did good work existing duck work.

We have been using Stryker for years. Utilizing their contract program where we have preventative maintenance / checks twice a year on our AC and Furnace. Yesterday was one of the first times that we had to call as our furnace stopped working, Murphy's law., during a significant cold period. The house temp was dropping pretty quickly. We called Stryker. In less than a couple hours from time of call - RJ arrived. He was awesome. Fixed everything.had all parts on truck. Incredible service.

A leaky hot water heater prompted my Google search and the number/quality of reviews prompted me to call Stryker. Within 24 hours of my initial call, I had a bigger and better functioning hot water heater. As you can see from the before/after photos, this wasn't a simple swap out either. Bob was diligent in understanding and assessing my needs/wants and Derrick skillfully executed the plan, which involved removing the old heater, its rickety housing (while saving the rest of the shelf), and rerouting the plumbing and electrical components to accommodate a larger unit and new placement in accordance with the latest code requirements. My experience with Stryker has been nothing less than great and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

I have been using Stryker Services for over ten years. The office staff, Patti and Rebecca, are wonderful and responsive whenever I call. Just recently had an issue with my A/C and within 24 hours a technician was sent out to my house to fix the problem. Ray, our technician, is extremely nice and resolved the problem within a short amount of time. I can always count on this company to fix any issue.

Ray the technician was great and explained everything about the problem to me. Unfortunately there is a leak in the evaporator coil in the attic so no fix today since parts need to be ordered. Rick, Ray's boss is to suppose to call me in the am with status update. Temps in the 90's this weekend. My wife and are both elderly and she has advanced COPD and is on Oxygen. Update: It took 2 months to get the new coil but the refrigerate Ray put in lasted and kept the house cool. New coil installed by Ray and is working fine.

Just used Stryker to replace a very difficult to access main shut-off valve for my townhouse, in addition to replacing a bathroom faucet, along with new valves. Very satisfied with Jimmy, who was efficient in every way. He's a great plumber with great hands, and anything I didn't have, he had on his van. The quote on the phone ( which I didn't expect entirely ) was right on the money for the work to be done.

It was actually nicely less than that, because one part of the job didn't need to be done. After he left, I realized they were the company I used to install my hot water heater. No idea how that slipped my mind, but after noticing their sticker on the water heater, I remembered it was Stryker who installed it. I was also very happy with that installation, with no problems with it 4 years later. They are now officially my plumber. Would recommend without hesitation.

This is one review for several things being repaired or replaced. I couldn't have asked for more regarding their timeliness, products, etc. I first hired Strykers based on a review. We have a new house. Talked to our neighbor. Called and was able to get an appt in 10 days. The tech, Vern came inspected our system inside and out. Want to make sure all is ok with regular maintenance. Very happy with Vern and Stryker Air. Will see him in the fall to check our heating system too. Completely happy. Call if you need AC or furnace help. You won't be disappointed.
