Laury installed a geothermal system at our house many years ago, so now we have a low cost, environmentally friendly heating and cooling system that has worked wonderfully for years. I recently re-started a maintenance plan with them and their customer service is EXCELLENT. Scheduling a service visit was easy, they texted when the technicians were on their way, the techs were great and provided great service. I highly recommend Laury.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality These people charged me $89 to come out and say "yea you have a leak. We can absolutely switch it out just send us this information" I do exactly what they said and now they "can't " do the job. What a scam! They did no work at all but had no problem taking my check after being promised work!

I am writing to share with you my experience with several representatives of your company. The heat on my rental property went on a Friday night. The following Monday, I was contacted by Sean Henry through an Angi's list inquiry. Sean agreed to immediately meet me at my property. It took us both about an hour to drive to Absecon. I met Sean and we immediately looked at the property to give me a quote for replacement.
Just a few hours later, he emailed me the quote. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism. I agreed to the quote the next morning and he moved mountains to get the service scheduled right away for that Thursday. That Thursday, I meet Justin and Kevin at the house and they were ontime, friendly and very professional. On Friday when they arrived, I also met Alex.
He too was friendly and professional. They worked diligently to get things up and running by the end of the day and with a blizzard looming as well. Before and after pictures are included. I decided to go with Laury for a service plan on my residence as well. Dan and Dan Jr. Are awesome too. Felt like I have known all of your employees for years. I just went to commend all of them who treated me like I was family.
They were all nice people to work with. You have a customer, and advocate for your company for life! Thank you so much, it is refreshing to have a company like yours. Please pass along my thanks to all of your team.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After applying for financing and a state subsidy in the amount of $4650 with 0 % financing, to help convert from oil to gas in a new home which needed to be purchased after this single woman lost her sister and adopted her young niece and being approved leaving a cost of 8750 with a payment of $102 a month. The contract with the financing company stated that they had from July 13 to September 18th to complete the job.
The gas company completed their job 10 days into that window and Laury heating did their part shortly there after. Then weird things started happening like John Bucolo knocking on the door after the job was complete saying they lost the contract and needed another one signed. after a month she started calling to find out why she had not gotten a bill and when the payment would begin and she was told things like "well, some people got lost in the sauce" and "you don't need to start making payments until next year".
A week later she was called and informed that they had not filed the paperwork in time (blaming it on the gas company not doing their job in time, which was a lie they were done July 23rd) and therefore needed her to reapply for financing- and oh by the way the subsidy doesn't exist anymore so you will have to get a payment on 13,220. To which she said absolutely not and she would gladly send you the 102 dollars a month which is clearly stated on our contract.
Less than 60 days later and she are being served with a 16500 lawsuit stating that she refused payment. What kind of company does this to a single woman that just took in an orphaned child? It is absolutely sick. Later we find out that this also happened to someone else in the neighborhood. Fortunately when theirs happened Laury decided to take the hit on the subsidy amount, leaving them to finance just the amount they were supposed to finance. They are not giving this option to this woman. Please tell everyone you know not to work with these disgusting people.

I called they called back! they showed up when they said they would for a free estimate then they actually showed up to do the work Now if you live in cape May county you know this is rare. I had central air installed. It's working beautifully. They also gave us several different estimates for different ways of handling the central air. These guys are great!

It was a scorching day in June and when i got home my AC wasn't working at all. I have the yearly maintenance program but had only used it for routine maintenance because I hadnt any problems since it was installed. I called Laury Heating and they came out and fixed the problem within 2 hours of when I called. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better response. There was no charge., which is exactly why I pay for the plan.

Laury is very responsive. Techs have worked there many years, so the experience level is there. The last two that were here had at least 15 yrs at Laury. Anyway, Maria Murphy is outstanding. Just had them come out for an emergency call. I've never used them before and other companies I called wouldn't come out because I wasn't an existing customer of theirs. The tech called me and told me when he'd be here and showed up on time. He was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed me the problem and explained everything to me in detail. The rate was VERY fair considering it was an emergency call. He even told me about a program available to upgrade my unit. A+++ all around!

Called them and told them my heater needed to be fixed, since they are the ones that installed the heater. It was 45 degrees out and there was a baby in the house. Let them know this and their response was if there is water in the crawlspace we would have to wait untill it dried up. It had been raining for 3 weeks. Not interested in customer service. Acted like they could care less about us or our problem. That is the last time I ever call them ever!

This company besides being expensive does not stand behind their products. We put in a brand new furnace and air conditioner two years ago. The gas valve failed. Stuff happens, I suppose. After three days of no heat they informed us that they ordered the valve but have no idea when it' ll be in. They'll call us when they decide to install it.
They thought several more days. Totally unacceptable! We only learned this when we called; they felt no compulsion to keep us informed. Severe FAIL. Things improved eventually. It took four days before we had heat. That is unacceptable. The job was free since it was under warranty. That is good. Had this been in the middle of winter, this would have been a far different experience. Next time I will be shopping for a different business, but then again, I don't expect there to be a next time.
