Critical: Professionalism I think she said her name was Georgina she hangs up on you before you can ask questions. She was rude to my mother and when I called to get help I got the same rudeness. She also wouldn't answer when I called back. We are happy to use your competitors. You might want to get someone else to deal with the public.

Some companies have the newest tools, newest machines, new trucks, what I like about KAL is they are old school. meaning they may not have all the things mentioned but they have a crew that's knowledgeable enough to not need all those things and use decent equipment to get the job done. Old fashioned Blood, sweat and tears. Honesty and integrity. When I worked here there was no room for compromise, no cutting corners.
