Black Tie's team was easy to talk to from beginning to end of the process. They replaced the floors at home and ran into a obstacle left from the past owners and worked through the problem as professionals should. The floors at my school went smoothly and so fast. I had a wonderful experience working with Black Tie Remodeling. They ran new outlets and mounted my TV on the wall. I also had a bathroom completed gutted and remodeled. Kristian is easy to work with, has great communication and will do what is needed to have a happy customer. He hires professionals who are excellent at what they do. We used Black Tie for our kitchen remodel. In addition to our kitchen, I asked them to replace our stair case spindles and give our entry way a facelift. Kristian has been so responsive every step of the way. The team that worked on our kitchen has been amazing. They are friendly and helpful. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they've always been so good at explaining things to me.

We were very happy with Kristian's quick response to visit our home and to provide a quote for our bathroom remodel. He was more than willing to spend the time necessary to answer all of our questions, and to listen to what we wanted and expected from this process. The project started on the date that was promised, with Chad and his team showing up on time and ready to work.

They were respectful of our home, and never left a mess at the end of any work day. They communicated what was to be accomplished each day, while remaining open to any slight changes we may have presented to them. We are very happy with their workmanship and the end result. We would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends, and plan on having more projects done with them in the future.

I used Black Tie to install a new jacuzzi tub, tile surround, and install flooring. I was very happy with the entire process. Kristian immediately returned my call when I called for an estimate and was out the next day to provide the estimate. I called three other contractors and Kristian was the only one who returned my call. The work they did was high quality and completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again for other projects.
