Everyone at Advance Design and Remodel was a pleasure to work with. From Andy's initial design of our new kitchen, to the planning and execution of the work, we had a terrific experience. My husband and I made the excellent decision to go with Andy and Advance Home Improvement after receiving quotes from 5 other companies. As soon as you meet Andy, you know your home remodeling experience is just going to be different with him. He was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to all of our questions. He created multiple drawings for our bathroom that you could tell he really took the time to create for us.

As my husband and I both work full time we really appreciated the appointments that Andy set up for us so we could go pick out our fixtures and materials. This was one step of the process that I really, really liked. Nick, our lead carpenter, was exceptional. I would give him a 10/10 when it came to keeping us up to date on the work, cleaning up daily, and just being a genuinely great guy. He is very talented and a true gem. You can't go wrong with hiring Andy and his team. We have a beautiful new bathroom as proof!

I can't express enough how thoroughly pleased we were with the experience working with Andy, Nick and Adam! Andy was extremely thorough in the whole design process so there wouldn't be any surprises along the way. We are very happy with the outcome of his vision of our attic bathroom! We had no desire to micromanage our major kitchen renovation and needed a full-service team to take the lead each and every day. The new kitchen is exactly what we wanted in terms of design, functionality, and quality. There are so many positives, including: 1) Great trouble shooting - all projects encounter unexpected issues, and the team kept us in the loop and found creative solutions every single time without compromising our vision or wasting our time. 2) We lived in our home during the renovation, and they were very communicative, friendly, tidy, and accommodating to our family. 3) On time and on budget - we made changes during design that affected the budget, and AHI ensured we were always 100% clear on the resulting impacts to budget and timing.

We hired advance home improvement for our bathroom remodel, including some new windows, and hallway wood floor refinishing. We could not be more impressed with their quality of work, attention to detail, quick replies to all questions, and professionalism. Nick was our lead carpenter. He was easy to work with and live with throughout the Reno. He was always punctual, kept us updated on the schedule, cleaned thoroughly after each day, and really knows what he's doing. Andy and his team are simply wonderful to work with and very organized. Highly recommend for your next remodeling job.

Andy and Adam were wonderful to work with on the bath renovation project. Andy listened to my ideas and incorporated them all in the design, and Adam made sure the entire project was executed with precision. Finding part of the new plumbing would end up on an outside wall was a very good catch, and Adam's solution really worked. He also found the water lines in my almost 50 year old bath were put in backward, and remedied that as well! I am beyond ecstatic over the finished room. Everyone I show it off to is impressed as well. Now I need to come up with new projects! Thanks again guys, you be da bomb!

We hired Andy and his team for our first floor remodel including kitchen, laundry room, powder room, dining room, fireplace, and new flooring throughout. With this being our first major remodeling project, we appreciated the effort Andy made to provide us with realistic expectations for the cost and timing of the project even before we contracted with him. Andy stood out to us as trustworthy, organized, and talented, and our initial impressions were proven correct!

In the design phase, Andy was able to develop a design that met all of our goals without having to undertake more significant structural changes that other firms had recommended. In the selection phase, we were impressed by the quality of the people and vendors that Andy recommended - they were all helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us! In the construction phase, Andy, Adam, and Nick worked well as a team, were very efficient with their time, left the house in clean condition every evening, and were very helpful in communicating their progress and any issues with us.

In the end, Andy and his team completed the project well within the expectations that we set in terms of both time and budget and the end result was a beautifully transformed kitchen and first floor that we couldn't be happier with. We are raving fans of Andy and his team and highly recommend them to anyone interested in remodeling their home!

We have recently completed a remodel of our kitchen and dining room with Advance Home Improvement. The remodel involved all the tear out of flooring, cabinets, countertops, wall tile, and the deconstruction of a partial wall and the build out of another. Prior to the start of construction, Andy coordinated meetings for us to select our materials. I mention this because making those selections can be challenging.

But it turned out to be a smooth step. I learned that the fine details of a project are as important as the whole. Andy and his team worked through each prior to implementation. For instance the transition from the new floor to an existing floor.lots of thought and insight went into the end result. Each day the team showed up on time and worked through the day.

They were polite and respectful of our shared space and almost always informed us of what their goal was for the day. They set up plastic barriers for dust control and cleaned up at the end of each day. I really appreciated their professionalism and how they managed my remodel. Our project was completed in a timely manner. We highly recommend Advance Home Improvement for your home improvement project.

Andy and his team are the ultimate professionals, and the kind of guys you actually like "living with" as they renovate your home. Advance Home Improvement is winding up about a month of work on our Shaker Heights home: completely remodeling two bathrooms and doing some repair/renovation work in other areas of the house. Working with them has been an amazing experience right from the beginning.

Their work is impeccable, customer service is amazing, and they clean up extraordinarily well every day before leaving. We highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again for any and all home remodeling/addition projects we do in the future.
