I had an appointment today from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. I left work and arrived at my house at 10:10 a.m. to find a note saying "sorry we missed you". I called Mike at Bellman who "thought" he told me 8:30. I assure you, he did not! He than had the "service guy" call me who told me he was on a big job in Avon and couldn't get to me today. They obviously don't want small jobs and are only interested in the big jobs.
I had to leave work to get home to meet them and their only response was "sorry, do you want to re-schedule". Why, so they could blow me off again when a bigger job comes in?!?

Had this company out 2 times for same problem. I just talked to Mike and he said he remembered me; (that's because I brought the faucet to him to show how poor the job was done) Now, I called and he said it will be 2 or 3 weeks before they can send someone out because they are into new construction. He said he didn't charge me 2nd time and I told him yes you did. He then said 3 weeks and I'm gonna charge you again. BAD BAD PERSON AND COMPANY
