Highly recommend them! They were friendly, prompt, and reasonable. My new windshield looks great!

Had to replace my visor after the windshield was installed. Also the paint above my windshield is tarnished since the glass was installed. This is a hard NO going forward.

What is the use of 'request quote' when you still ask me to call someone?! I already gave you the year, model, etc of my car. If you can't quote with having the full information about the car, just remove the 'request quote' option. if you have two or more models, give all that pricing information. Rude customer service. Supposedly a preferred shop for State Farm in San Francisco but they refuse to service the city. Customer service person was rude expecting me to drive to Concord. DO NOT USE. There are plenty of glass shops that will provide better service.

Great service right from the start. Very responsive on the phone and even texting back and forth. Friendly staff when I arrived. Went in for a windshield replacement and then I started to inquire about window tint. I forgot his name, but he was very informative about the different options for window tint. I decided to get both of our cars done and it turned out great.

We did the front windshield and the 2 front windows. Highly recommend this place. Great friendly customer service and great prices. A must go to for window replacement and window tint.

I was one of those Bay Area statistics where a rock hit my windshield and it started as a small crack and grew larger. This shop was recommended to me by my insurance company and they worked directly with them, all I had to pay was my deductible. Because I had to have my security/safety features recalibrated along with the windshield replacement, I had to bring my car into the shop.

They were transparent from start to finish, they had to order the parts and called me when they got them in and scheduled my appointment. Because I was driving a distance to get there, they gave me a decent appointment time. They quoted me a three-hour wait time. So this morning I came prepared to wait for 3 hours. I got there 30 minutes before my appointment time, they immediately took care of my car and they were done in less than 3 hours and I was on my way. I highly recommend Speedy Glass/Novus, even if I wasn't working with my insurance I would use them!

It's was a last minute decision to tint front windows and Jon was support helpful. I got a same day appointment and was able to finish everything before noon. Jon was very transparent about different prices which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Speedy Glass!

I was referred to Speedy Glass by a company that damaged my window. Karen took the call, then called back and told me that I had to bring the window in. I explained I live on the 3rd floor and that the window would just pop out and being a senior citizen it would be difficult for me. She gave me another number to call but was quite rude. Don't expect help for seniors.

This place is great! I was canceled on twice by a nearby tint shop and had enough. I'm really luckily I found this place on Yelp. I called at 7:49am and had a call back 15 minutes later. I told the receptionist that I was just canceled on by another tint shop and already took the day off from work, and she told me that they may be able to squeeze me in.

I showed up at 9:15 and was introduced to one of the tinters "John". John made time in the schedule to tint my car that very day. John also saved me from making many mistakes. For instance I was originally thinking of regular tint 20% on the front windows and 5% on the small side and rear window. Including the 70% on the windshield. It would have been just a mess of shades and not the great look I ended up getting. John shared his experiences with mix matching tints and implied I do 15% ceramic all the way around.

And I am so relieved I made that choice. John steered me into getting the ceramic tint and I am amazed by the difference. Sit inside a regular tinted car and then a ceramic tinted car and you will gladly spend the little extra money. The car was finished within a few hours and it came out perfect. And even if bubbles or pealing appear you are in the hands of a professional business.

And that's the main reason I chose this place. I couldn't imagine coming back with complaints to the garage shop tint places you see everywhere. They could easily tell you to kick rocks and there's not much you could do. Novus has a reputation and customer relationship it takes seriousand that's why I will never go anywhere else.

Just rock chip repair.twice so far. JD gave me a sheet of 'bandaids'! Lord, I hope I don't use them up! If so, Novus is the place to go! Note though that chip repairs are taken after 9A! Great, friendly team!

We had JD help with a windshield replacement on July 22, 2021. His estimate, appointment availability and quick turnaround was very helpful. He was professional and very informative about the repair. We highly recommend him and his staff.

We cracked our motorhome windshield while traveling in CO. The windshield manufacturer worked with this Novus location to get us fixed up and back on the road. The staff is friendly and responsive. The driveway was easy to get into and out of. Wonderful experience overall. We felt very fortunate to deal with such great people.

Very quick and speed installation, all done the same day on 2 different company vehicle. Descent prices also. Clean environment and they follow all COVID rules. Hand sanitizer is provided. I recommend them for your vehicle window needs.

I would like to thank Gary and his team for being understanding and super helpful. I took my vehicle to get a rear door glass replaced. I had recently picked up my vehicle from an auto shop a few days prior. When I initially checked my car everything seemed fine. After leaving speedy glass my engine light came on, which was surprising since I just got my car serviced.

I pop my hood and my air filter was unlatched, to me it looked like someone tempered with it. I didn't want to accuse anyone and asked if I could review the surveillance from when my car was being worked on at the speedy glass. Gary was very understanding and helped me. This definitely gave me some peace of mind. Thank you guys for helping me get to the bottom of this. I'll have to contact my mechanic now :/ Nonetheless great glass work on my rear door, super fast, friendly front desk staff, and Gary is super nice and welcoming. Thank you guys again! Unfortunately California roads have been very treacherous to our cars over the years. We used Speedy Glass several times to replace multiple windshields and even one panoramic roof. As always this time they did a very good job, but they outperformed themself when they polished headlights on our old Volvo. Headlights look brand new, probably the best looking part of the car, plus polishing it saved us several hundred dollars. Thank you.

I received excellent customer service and the worked performed far exceeded my expectations. I would I never need them again but I'm glad they're available if I need them. The amount charged was reasonable and worth the care and safety precautions the technician used during this COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend this business.

I turned to this auto glass company to have a custom sized table top glass made for a dining table I recently purchased. I requested an estimate with a number of local Bay Area glass companies to have the glass made. Speedy Glass was quick to respond and offered the best price. The representative who called me to confirm my order was very pleasant and friendly.

To my pleasant surprise also, cthe order was turned around in less than one week. However, the friendly customer service stopped there. On the day I went to go pick up the glass, it was very confusing and not apparent to where I was supposed to park my vehicle and pick up my glass. As a future reference and tip, customer parking is in the back, however, you are expected to walk all the way around the building to the street side and enter the front door.

I happened to choose to walk through the back door, and ended up getting reprimanded by the only person that was present whom I presumed was the owner. He had a very poor attitude and did not seem welcoming at all. I felt very uncomfortable throughout the pick up process and final payment. All in all between the initial good service, good price and ending bad service, I can only give Speedy Glass a middle of the road 3 stars.

Holy santa clause shit! this place makes me wanna willingly and intentionally smash my own god damned windshield over and over again just to have the pleasure of dealing with them on a regular basis. This helluva guy named Chris, he hooked me up and was super efficient and timely and I had a swell time shooting the shit with him on the phone, hell I felt like I was talking to a friend from back in the day for fucks sake.

These sonsabitches are WAY better than safe lite and noticeably cheaper too and from the looks of my windshield, better quality. Sumbitch I am now really looking forward to Colorados hail season and I'm just gonna say it right now, I have a garage but just to deal with Novus again I'm gonna park my fucking car outside every time i see some storm clouds coming!

Came in the time frame stated. Finished in 40 minutes. So far no leaks, because we have had no rain.

I called this place after having a broken glass house window, a few minutes later sales rep/technician Ryan E. calls back and asks if it's okay for him to check the damage. He arrives 30 minutes later, checks and measures the broken glass window. We talked about the Raiders, the Navy and anything in between - while he fixes the broken single pane glass. Afterwards, he cleans and disposes the debris, polishes the brand new glass window and is done in less than an hour.

They don't call themselves "Speedy Glass" for nothing. Job was done quick, price was very reasonable and to top it off Ryan was very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend their business.

They do what they say speedy and quality work! Don't use the mobile glass repair! Speedy glass is where you should go.

I had a chip in my windshield that needed a repair. I met Chris, the owner of the Novus off of college, at the car show last weekend at his tent he had up and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met! He told me to call Novus to make an appointment. I went in today and I am amazed with the type of service I got. Everyone was very polite and respectful. The best thing is, I barley even had to wait! They had me in and out in 15 minutes! I will definitely be back again!

Had to have windshield replaced on my brand new Outback. which with the eyesight feature requires more time and calibrations. this company was great from first call to finished product. would highly recommend for any auto glass needs.

Loved this place from start to finish! Jessica was super sweet and helpful. Chris (the owner) was super patient with us and worked with us about chemical sensitivities and encouraged one of my family members to come and smell a just done windshield - no smell! In the past, with other glass replacement, a few of us in the family haven't been able to drive our cars for up to 2-3 weeks due to the glue smell.

Not so with the upgraded glue/adhesive these guys use! This will be our go-to place from now on and should be yours if you are sensitive to smells or just want a great & easy experience! Kyle also worked on one of our windshields and was very knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend this place.

I scheduled an appt for Monday over the weekend. They then rescheduled for Wednesday. They put my window back on the track and charged me $100. I closed my door and the window glass shattered. They said they would give me a $100 credit to replace the regulator which was not replaced originally. I ended up having to pay for the new window glass with no credit for the previous service. Would not ever recommend this company doing service. They contract out their work so there is no accountability.

I didn't do much price searching before I called them. They were able to get me in that day. I did one check price before I left and Novu was 35$ less. Good enough for me. Friendly, professional and no hassle. They even put my oil change date back on the new window.
