I purchased 2 flats of flowers through a group effort. The flowers in one of the flats was dead. They clearly had not been watered in a very long time. When asked about replacements, they replied they would replace the flat once I paid for them a second time. This is the absolute worse customer service experience I've ever seen.

I worked there for 2ish years and everyone was very kind. The owners were also very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was great. And the plants were well taken care of and beautiful.
