We have had reverse osmosis for 6+ years. The annual filter change and service has always been around $120 total. Out of no where we get this insane $222+ bill. No warning, no heads up the rates have doubled. I understand costs go up - but not double without notifying customers in advance so we can make an educated decision who to source the work to.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with the Kendallville office! Sherry called me right after I submitted an online form and she patiently explained all of my options. She faxed me the contract and then called to let me know about the delivery. Sherry also helped me adjust the delivery schedule when I realized that we wouldn't use as much water as I'd thought we would.
The dispenser is light enough for me to move and having clean, good tasting water (instead of the well water) has made a huge difference in how much I drink and I'm happy that I'm not adding plastic containers to the landfills or recycling centers. Call and talk with Sherry - she's the BEST!
