I am delighted with everything about my experience with Renata and her team! She took much time to ensure the correct measurements and the crafting of the railings I envisioned, they were installed quickly and expertly once weather permitted, and their responsiveness and follow up could not be better! I can HIGHLY recommend Artistic Iron Works!

Artistic Iron Works is a rarely found company in both quality of work and the sincerity of making the perfect railing for the customer. After speaking with Renata during her visit to measure the area to be enclosed by the railing we had a nice conversation about the type of work and the quality of craftsmanship that goes into the items she makes. I am more than "Extremely Pleased" with the end result of the application of the talent and craftsmanship that Artistic Iron Works purveys.

The items that were made are truly a prime example of Artisan creativity and quality that are a very rare find in these modern times where almost everything is off the shelf, prefabricated and at best moderate quality. Believe me, a hands on manufacturing person for 50 years, the quality is above top shelf. From start, to finish, above my expectations and even the installation in 2" thick Blue Stone, EXCELLENT!

We've had compliments how nice the doorstep with the railings looks from everyone that has come to the house. They have totally changed the appearance of the steps and are so functional for those of us that need stability.

They did a beautiful job on the wrought iron railing I had custom made for the Cottage I purchased in May 2021. Renatta told me it would be 16 weeks when I called to ask them to come and look at I needed done. I am so grateful I decided to do it in spite of the wait to have it made and installed. She knew exactly what was needed and Artistic Iron Works did a beautiful job. Simple and elegant. It did take the 16 weeks but it was worth wait.

Worst experience ever! At first, I thought the lack of communication was due to the pandemic, but that was last year! I contacted this company again this year, provided pictures and measurements, provided a description of what I wanted. And then, nothing! Having owned multiple businesses over the last two decades, this is unacceptable. Beware!

Worst customer service experience of my life. It took 2 months for them to actually come and pick up the part of my fence that needed repair. And every time I would call and ask if they were actually planning on picking the fence piece up, they would say they don't know and someone will call me back. None ever called back. I had O keep calling. I was given a verbal price quote, but absolutely no work contract to sign.

I was also told the work would take two weeks max. It's been 2 months since they have had my fence and no word. Every time I call they say they will have someone call me back because they don't know, and nobody ever calls back. How on earth can you stay in business like that? At this point, I am just writing this review in hopes that someone will contact me to return my property, repaired or not.

I'm more than a little desperate to have my fence repaired, since this ordeal has been going I since October and it's almost February. That's 4 months and they won't even confirm that they have my property. Shame on you artistic iron works. I have owned a small business for 5 years and I cannot even imagine treating a customer that way, now please return my property

We recently had a stainless steel, glass-paneled railing system installed in our house in Fairfield by Renata and her crew. Renata listened to our ideas then interjected her thoughts, from an aesthetic and technical perspective. We are very satisfied with her work and the finished product. She is meticulous and we highly recommend her and her company.

Artistic Iron Works did an amazing job on our project. Renata worked with us to add iron scroll accents to our existing exterior wall lighting fixtures. She was able to match the style, design, and paint color so the new iron work looks like it is part of the existing fixtures. She made sure every detail of this project was done perfectly and to our satisfaction. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work and service we received. We highly recommend Artistic Iron Works and will definitely work with them again!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Professional to work with. Our loft railing was executed to perfection.
