I wanted to change my bathroom drainage system and install new ones. For professional drain repair services, I called up NW Home Service provider, who responded instantly. I scheduled their service on the weekend through a phone call, and their crew showed up at the right time on that day. They were very polite and friendly while inspecting my drainage system.
They discussed with me how they are going to take up the work and what equipment they would use before starting the replacement activity. Once the drain was linked up, they showed me the result for the drain interior through using their camera display, which was done nice and smooth.

Till now, I have worked with four plumbing service providers, and I can confidently say that NW Home Services is the most professional among them. Juan is a very reliable and informative sewer installation contractor that offers service at a very competitive price. Unlike other companies, whose price ranges were too high but not very accurate about the issues I had, Juan and his team were very much dedicated to their work.
Not only did they arrive on time as scheduled, but they also came with their inspection and repairing equipment to work on the issues quickly. They made a video inspection to show me what are the actual issues with my sewer line, i.e., rusted interior. They made the replacement appropriately within my price range.

NW Home Services have some friendly, polite, and professional people in its team. They are punctual and offer service at a reasonable price. You can't ask for more from your sewer installation contractor. When I had a collapse in my sewer pipe section, at first, I was wooed by other companies whose price range was rather cheap. After reading their reviews, it was because they skipped through the camera review, haphazardly rooting the pipe and going straight to replacing the full pipeline.
After I made consulted more, I found Juan to be more reliable since they were extremely responsive and offered solid advice and information about the issues. Now that I have worked with them, their quality of work seems much solid.

John and his crew did an amazing job installing a new sewer line on our property. It was a large job; they really know their stuff, they installed a new sump pump and connected our system to the city sewer without any disruption to our landscape or hardscape. In addition, when our sump pump alarm went off unexpectedly on a Sunday he was here in an hour to quickly resolve the issue! Amazing service, nice guy, reliable, and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend him enough.

John just replaced our 1926, 120 foot sewer line. He got all the permits, did excellent work, and at a fair and competitive price. We were without use of the line for only 8 hours for a single day. The Portland sewer map was erroneous and John's sophisticated locator equipment pinpointed the exact connection point. His team worked and cleaned up like real pros, and were honest and friendly to deal with. John came to the rescue when our sewer line backed up, forcing us to move out of our house. He was extremely responsive and completed all of the work within a matter of days, including coordination of the permitting process. Other companies we contacted told us it would be at least three weeks before the work could be done. John even provided us with an additional video of another area of the sewer line that may pose a problem in the future. We highly recommend his company!
