In all sincerity, the owner and employees are always so helpful! I also love that they do free pool chemistry test, and are very knowledgeable. Yeah, they don't always have items in stock, but that's to be expected with the supply chain issues that the entire nation is facing. All-in-all, great customer service!

I have been using this store for about 10 years. I keep returning because they always have the products I am looking for. The staff are very helpful when I am there getting supplies or parts. I have waited several minutes to have pool water analyzed but waiting time was bearable considering the day and time of week I was there. Even though we have moved over an hour away ill keep using this store for all my pool needs because of the staff.

The staff is so patient, so cool and so nice. EXTREMELY helpful. They really seem to care about finding the root issue and helping, in my case, get my pool clean and un-cloudy. I worked with Avery and she did everything she could to answer my questions, and when she needed more help, she got another person. I don't know who is hiring the staff or training them, but good job!

After posting the following review, I was contacted by the pool and spa house, and they apologized for and resolved the issue. So I'm once again happy with doing business with them, and will continue to recommend them. I stopped in to get both my pool and spa water tested, and then buy whatever chemicals were needed, plus one other item. The testing and chemicals were fine and appreciated, and they also honored a coupon I had. However, the other item I needed to purchase (solar cover straps) had a rather high price tag on them ($49.99) but I needed them so added them to my ticket. However, when rang up they were priced at $69.99, which is absurdly high for a half dozen nylon straps and some plastic clips.

And they would not even reset the price to what the stick on the package said it should have been. I don't mind paying a little more for good service and convenience, but seemed excessive.

Great customer service! Both Brian and Tyler were a huge help in assisting me to understand my pool's chemistry. I walked out feeling confident that I could keep my pool healthy!

I love the staff at the Tigard location! They are always friendly and helpful with what I need to do for my pool. Many times I am greeted by name, which is nice (and I suppose means I'm keeping up on the pool chemicals!) you hire great people.

I called them for second opinion after our heater failed when less than 2 years old and the company that installed it said we needed a new one. I was able to get a next day appointment and the service desk was very professional and accommodating. The Technician was extremely knowledgeable and covered everything that I had spent a day YouTubing (he passed the test).

He took the heater apart (unlike the company that installed it) and found where it was leaking and fixed that, and then installed a new igniter switch. Less than 2 hours later and only $250 for parts and labor we had a working pool heater. It's rusted so it may not last 15 years like the last one but it will last a bit longer. We also pointed out all the things wrong with the installation and is providing a quote for that. Happy customer!

Excellent service from start to finish. i am a certified pool and spa technician, a chief engineer, and fairly versed in the ins and outs of commercial pools and spas. these folks are top notch with johnnie on the spot service and i learn something new most every time i need there help. they guarantee their work with no questions asked. highly recommend these guys.
