One of the great things about living in East Tennessee is that residents enjoy a range of season changes. We have cold winter days and hot summer nights, this means we need people like Rick Fields of Town & Country Heating and Air. Town & Country has been in business since 1967. The firm was began and built by Steve Eubanks.

They initially installed my unit and have been servicing it for 10 years. Their employees are always pleasant and polite. Give great service. I've had no issues with this company since they installed my HAVC.thanks you

Didn't show up for appointment. Left work early and they never showed up nor did they call. I called them later that day to see if they were still coming and the person on the phone said everyone was gone for the day and he doubted if anyone would be coming. Still no apology or call.
