Premier Service

Very kind, and very quick service. Repaired two toilets abd cleaned the shower drain. Were also kind enough to show me how to open the drain to clean out myself so I don't have to call next time (literally a life saver), so grateful Services: Toilet repair, Drain cleaning

I've used Premiere multiple times for our older home. It always seems to be on the weekend/middle of the night/during a storm. Multiple times they've sent Russell out to fix one problem or another and he's always present. We always feel like we're a priority and he explains everything to us. Absolutely sigh up for the Comfort Club if you're a home owner. It pays for itself in one visit. You'd be crazy not to.

Was told I needed to replace hot water heater. Only needed pilot light to be relit. Had to call another plumbing company for 2nd opinion. Premier DID NOT perform a diagnostic test. I will not be using this company again. Would not recommend.

The two technicians that came to our house to fix our gas line were great! Very professional, patient with my questions, explained everything very clearly. We had an unfortunate experience with another company that did not fix what we needed and these guys came out. Never said a negative word about what the other company did. Simply fixed it. Very appreciative to everyone at Premier. Answered the phone immediately. Very courteous and professional. We highly recommended using this company. Thankful to have them in our community.

Savanna was very nice and helpful. Updated me on possible times of service and notified me when technician was on the way. The technician, Doug, was friendly and and knowledgeable about his job. Did repairs quickly and completely. Also cleaned area when done. Savanna called next day to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. Service: Toilet repair

One of our smoke detectors was beeping and wouldn't stop even after taking the battery out. The technician (Alan) was prompt, thoughtful and did an excellent job of explaining the problem and fixing it. We will be calling them again if we have any problems in the future! Service: Installation

Recently I needed some electrical service done and I reached out to Premier. The first person I spoke to was Elizabeth who was an extremely competent and courteous 1st contact for Premier. She was a great listener and exceedingly polite. she followed up with me to let me know exactly when to expect the arrival of my service tech Later when my service rep Alan arrived I was absolutely blown away by how precise and efficient his level of knowledge was.

As he performed the repairs he did an excellent job explaining to his customer (me) in layman's terms what exactly went wrong with my service. His work partner Phon was very supportive and professional as well. I truly appreciated the excellent service I received from the 3 of them. and I will absolutely call Premier should I have any further Electrical/plumbing or HVAC needs

I had the company change out old exterior lights to new LED's. They were on time, fast and courteous. They came to inquire and estimate the work I needed done. Left to purchase the correct materials and returned the same day to finish the job. I was also given options if for some reason I did not like what they chose but their choices were fine.

Premier is seriously the best in the biz! We recently had to replace our hot water heater and they were so kind and helpful from the time they answered the phone til they rolled out of the driveway! Russell and Chad did such a great job removing our old water heater and installing our new one and they made every effort to find a work around/cheaper solution for us even though the best solution was to replace the unit.

They were professional, tidy, and efficient but they also felt like old friends by the time they left! Everyone who works the switchboard/scheduling line are so sweet and friendly, too! Savannah is always so patient to listen to my freakouts and answer any questions I have! I could go on and on about their top tier service and how awesome their employees are! The comfort club membership is worth every dime. We will never go anywhere else! Thanks guys!

Eugene and his coworker were very knowledgeable and were able to fix our electrical wiring problems and install lighting. I was very impressed they were able to help the same day I called. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them in the future. Service: Installation
