Quality Aluminum & Canvas

I have had Quality Aluminum out to my house for two projects. The first was to put in screen doors on my front door and two French doors in back for about $1000 total. I thought they made them, but apparently they order them. It took six weeks or so for the screen doors to come in the first time. They were the wrong size and did not fit. So Quality Aluminum ordered the doors again.

After another six weeks or so, the screen doors came in and once again did not fit. Rather than reorder them again, the crew took the doors apart and cut them to fit themselves. I give them kudos for this, but one of the doors was sprung and sticks out at the bottom about.75-1 inch. Rather than wait another 6 weeks. I just let it go. The second and last time I will have them out was to clean my air ducts.

I might as well have flushed that $850 down the drain. They accomplished nothing. One of the guys seemed severely hung over. After having removed and replaced the air ducts, I realize they probably couldn't have done as good a job as I would have wanted. I would have been fine with them looking at it and telling me that and charging me a call fee of some sort.

But the piddly job they did and then charging me $850 for the couple of hours they were out here really soured me on their service. Not to mention they backed into my yard and got stuck and left ruts trying to get out. I had to give them a ride back into town. They came and got their truck and trailer out of my yard a few days later.

From the estimate to the install, everything was handled perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Very good people.

This company is awesome. They are very prompt to respond with quotes and follow up time is great. They really do amazing work and the staff is so nice.

I have been waiting a week now for a quote on gutters! I'm being told owner is out of office I think you need more than 1 person to do quotes I'm pretty sure their not willing to loose business for a solid week cause the person who quotes is gone.
