Stone Surfaces

We have used Stone surfaces in two different homes. Both times I was very pleased with their resolve to customer service, and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.

I needed some marble back splashes cut down in a hurry. Nino was very professional and they made this happen quickly for me. I have worked with them on another bathroom and was very impressed with their beautiful options, delivery, and installation. Beautiful showroom too.

We needed to find stone to surround our new gas fireplace and luckily Stone Surfaces in Woburn was recommended to us. After reviewing the numerous offerings online we called to make an appointment and spoke with Crisel Gendron. She expertly went over the options available over the phone and set up a meeting at the showroom for the next day. Once we arrived she showed us the options, including a large selection of remnant pieces which would work for our needs, one of which we selected.

She organized for a person to come out to do a measurement at our house and then within two weeks we had an expert team onsite doing the install.which was done very professionally. We are very pleased with the entire process and selection. Highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of working with Crisel Gendron for the last few years. She has designed the bathrooms and kitchens with tile and stone for several of my projects. Recently, I worked with a client from Winchester and they had a great experience with Crisel - they were very happy with her recommendations for countertops and tile. She stands behind her products and is very knowledgeable in stone as well as how to care for it. She is a gem to work with and is very generous with her time. Whenever I needed her help, she has always been available - the word No is not in her vocabulary. So with Crisel, I know my customers will get great results.

They were patient, knowledgeable and professional and explained the various options. I decided on quartz and could not be happier. She made templating (despite our many requests to reschedule a breeze) and we were able to install after templating in record time. We could not be more pleased with the experience of working with Stone Surfaces. Everyone we dealt with was great- patient, courteous and showed up when they said they would! They designed a custom backsplash for our tub area and the end result is better than expected. Our bathroom came out beautiful!

I've haunted this place a number of times and the gentlemen there are just so, so nice. I needed an extra piece of ming green marble and they made a big effort to get it for me. Not a big money maker for them. I then needed a piece honed along the edge. Once again not a big money maker but I needed it for a shower niche and it came out great.

I had to use another granite place when I had my kitchen island done because I went with a company that had their own granite people. When I do my granite countertops I will definitely use them. I love the idea that they use recycled granite as well.
