Crystal Clear Pools

I have been trying to call this place for several days, but they wont answer the phone or return my calls. I just want to pay my invoice but it is impossible to communicate with them. I have left several voicemails and I never receive a return call. I drove to this place during business hours, but the employee working there said he could not help me with my invoice or answer the questions I had about my account.

He said come back at 7 AM M-F, but they do not open until 9 AM. I was basically forced to switch to a different pool company due to not being able to communicate with Crystal Clear Pools, but the new company is exceptional compared to this business. I would highly recommend any other pool company.

Owner, Joe Casna, himself, evaluated damage to our pool from hurricane Ida and sent his professional/knowledgeable crew who mitigated our damages within the day. We highly recommended this five star company/team. Service: General repairs & maintenance

We used our next door neighbor's pool construction company on their advice and we are extremely satisfied - thrilled actually - with our pool. Every issue was handled with the utmost professionalism by owners Don and Diane. Don Casna gave us a comprehensive overview of the process at the beginning, which was so helpful and from there Diane answered questions completely and was so helpful during the entire process.

We can't say enough good things about her. Our pool is beautiful and we are so happy we have it. These people at Crystal Clear made it an easy process. Thank you Crystal Clear Pools!

Critical: Quality Absolute worst company. They did a defective install right from the start and refused to honor warranty. They are all smiles on installs then when you have problems they are MIA. Don't do business with these con artist

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst pool company. Read other reviews on Yelp. They installed new coping and a new liner in our pool in summer 2019. The coping is cracked, jagged and crumbling. The liner has two tears at a seam and is pulling away from the walls. They were dismissive and finally stopped returning my calls. Do not use this company!

Great pool store, but this rating is for their customer service. As soon as there is a problem, they don't like to deal with it. I went back and forth on issues with my pool cover that they put in, only for them to blame the 'other guy' - no explanations, just didn't want to deal with it. Turns out this is a family owned business, so there's no way it's going to change.

15 yr liner gave out in Dec. Crystal my company for years. Al knows his business. No surprises on time! Esp this year! Great crews, esp Andrew! Patient Diane in the office thankyou.and Joe!overjoyed grandkids today!

Have been paying them $900/year to open & close and respond to problems. 2 additional checks/ year were part of the contract: Mid- winter and mid-summer. They used to be good. Now, we just get a pool open and close for half again what we can get from other pool companies. No mid-season checks, no response to problems. 2 problems this year - a tile fell off.

Not a big deal, but we were told it would be fixed late June. It's Sept. Nothing. Bigger problem - our lawn company stained the pool. They finally agreed to pay for the fix, and after a month, 3 store visits, 3 phone calls and an email, Crystal Clear has still never returned a call or made a visit. Look elsewhere for service! We are.

We bought a pool cleaner last year for big bucks after having problems with the previous one we bought from them. The new one broke down after a couple months and I returned it for repairs early last fall. It still hadn't been fixed when I inquired early this spring. Finally it was returned, worked for one day and broke down again. We were having a graduation party in three weeks, I told them.

No problem they said. A week before the party they still hadn't fixed it. They said they would come out and clean the pool before the party. they failed to show up the 3 different times we called. Finally on the day of the party, Kelly Smith brought a cleaner out for us to use. She went above and beyond to do so. She is the only one there I would trust on their word. I thank her for her help, but the service people, not at all reliable.
