Rents to much for this small house. Never fixed anything here that the Falmouth housing authority did. Passed a house that didn't reach to hold the stove from tipping if u were to cook on a stove. And the assistant only cares about ur rent not anything else they wanna suck money off anyone on cape! 1,000/MOUTH for a house the size of a hillbilly trailer I have to be a shame to unfortunately have them as my reference for my next apartment

I signed a contract on May 9th. When I asked for an ETA I was told the week of June 20th. So this week I called to confirm that time frame. I called 4 days in row and was told each time by the customer service rep that she was still waiting to hear back and that if I didn't hear from her I by the end of the day I should "feel free to call back tomorrow".

Great customer service eh? If I don't follow up with you, you can chase me again. Today, June 17th I am told that it would be more like July 9th before they could get to me as there are so many people in front of me who all want their homes done by July 4th. This has never come up before and her explanation was that she was trying to get to me earlier. Again, this was NEVER MENTIONED to me before.

There was NO reason to give me a false expectation of June 20th. So I ask for a refund as I feel misled and dissatisfied with the poor communication. I was told I would have to wait until Monday June 20th for the owner, Brad, to call me back. A whole week of conversations has amounted to stringing me along for a week and then telling me that they are within their contract to not do my job until July 9th.

While that may be true, the way my questions were addressed makes me unhappy and I have zero confidence that anything I am being told is in my best interest. Seems more like, you signed a contract now just sit back and wait until we get around to you.
