Dane Decor Scandinavian FURN

We've been Dane Decor customers for many years. The furniture is timeless. We've just recently moved into our new home and purchased new furniture from Dane Decor. The best part is that our old Dane Decor furniture is still as beautiful as ever! Everything is just beautiful! We started shopping at the Philadelphia store on Arch St. When it closed we drove to the flagship store in Downingtown.

The customer service is great with the personal touch of the Hamilton brothers. Drew worked with us the most and we appreciate the TLC. We highly recommend this store! Carolyn and Dwight Leevy

Fantastic service, fantastic furniture, very decent prices.and.the coolest part is it's in an old Presbyterian church! Furniture is modern and retro. really impressive place.

Love, love, love this place! Beautiful church with original stone and beams turned into a Dane Decor showroom. That alone is enough to get you to them! And then they add gorgeous furnishings; chairs, sofas, beds, tables, etc., along with incredible service from Diane and you have a wonderful experience. We ordered a Stressless Skyline Signature Chair&Ottoman in a soft slate grey fabric and side table. We cannot wait for them to be ready. A visual feast for the eyes for sure! We will most definitely be back as I can't stop thinking about a bedroom set we saw!

Very nice selection of furniture, we found artwork that fit our home nicely.

EVERYONE VERY PLEASANT WHEN i PURCHASED A SOFA AND SLEEP SOFA ALMOST 3 YEARS AGO.SINCE THEN THE LEGS ON SOFA SEEM TO "JIGGLE" AND FEAR THEY MIGHT BREAK. i HAVE THE 5 YEAR WARRANTEE. AND CALLED TO SEE IF SOMEONE COULD COME AND ATTEND TO PROBLEM. i AM VIRTUALLY ALONE HERE AS MY HUSBAND IS HANDICAPPED. MR. HAMILTON TURNED ME DOWN AND WHEN i ASKED WHAT CAN I DO, A HANDYMAN WAS SUGGESTED. AND HE SAID " IT'S BUSINESS" AND HUNG UP ON ME! I AM ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND EXPECT THE SAME. I GUESS IF I NEEDED ANOTHER EXPENSIVE ITEM, SOMEONE WOULD HAVE COME BY.

Love this place! Great products well displayed. NOT cheap but decent sales. Staff very helpful and available without harassing you.

I bought a fairly expensive item, and when I went to picked it up, it was just sitting on the sales floor unmarked and uncovered. Then I had to carry and load the item in my car in the rain. I though it was kind of strange service, for a high end furniture store. To their defense, I'm sure most folks get stuff delivered

Upmarket but not over-priced. Seem to be mostly focused on seating/dining these days - gone are the wall units, bookcases and similar that used to be the hallmark of Scandinavian furniture stores which is a pity. Friendly, helpful if somewhat over-attentive staff.
