My replaster job was not the best, but they hung in there and kept coming back til it was right. Service: Inground pool installation

My neighbors use this service for their pool and EVERY time they come they aim the hose at my yard and flood my driveway and front lawn. I ask them every time not to do this but they just don't care or are too lazy to aim the hose by the sewer because it's more of a walk for them.

Used this pool company for several years and never satisfied. I always wanted to switch. This year I am and as well as posting a review. Last summer was the final straw after they installed a part that I only asked for a quote. I was away over the Memorial Day weekend when they came to my home and installed this part and used my debit card on file and just charged $1800.00 without letting me know. Needless to say, I was also on vacation and was depending on that money.

So unprofessional. We made them uninstall the part and give us a refund, which they did. But the time and emotional stress while I was on vacation and days after was the final straw with this company. I understand this company makes most of its income in the pool season months here in NY, but it's so desperate, that it becomes greedy

Craig and his staff are professional and on time -They know how important your pool is to you and will go out of there way to make you happy. I would strongly recommend them -I have used other companies they are by far the best!
