They came They put a sump pump in. It was put in the corner of the basement. The water continues to fill my basement. The sump pump is not in the proper location to drain the water. I.contacted george. He came out. He looked. Shook his head. He was sending me an estimate for repair. Haven't heard from him since. Shorty outfit. Have spoke with george. He is not responding to me

Our experience with Superior Basement Water Control was Excellent! We had some water leakage in our finished basement and had a sump pump and water control system installed. The crew that installed the water control systems and did some required carpentry repairs were very careful of our furniture and appliances and did a very clean job! Friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. We were welcomed to our newly purchased (and first) home with a basement that overflowed with water almost every time it rained. After receiving quotes from several companies, we found that Superior Basement Water Control and Remodeling proposed the least disruptive, and most reasonably priced solution. The system needed some additional tweaks after installation, mainly due to the layout of our well water tanks, but George and his crew promptly responded to every challenge and made sure the situation was rectified. I'd advise anyone with a leaky basement to give George a call.

These guys were spot on. Easy to work with, very flexible, very knowledgeable, just a pleasure all around. We have had other contractors do work for us and I must say that these guys were far above the norm. They definitely left the place looking better and cleaner for that matter, after they completed the work. George was great and was even helpful in giving us direction to help us save some money on the completed work. Definitely would recommend these guys to anyone looking for this scope of work.

My husband and I contacted George at Superior Water Control in hopes he could help us solve our water issue in our crawl space in the basement and mold that had grown. I was pleasantly surprised when George called me back the same day I left a message. George was very patient in answering all of my questions and is so knowledgeable. When he came over for the initial inspection he was confident that he could solve our issue and laid out they entire process.

When he gave us the initial quote he was also forthcoming that it could be more or less depending on how it looked once he opened up the walls. The day of installation George was joined by Dave and Zach who were also a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. They were also able to remove all the mold and it has made so much of a difference already. George and his team will also be doing the rebuild and they are just as detailed with that as the water system.

My wife and I called Superior and got in touch with George, in hopes he would be able to fix the issue we had with water under the crawlspace in our basement. After describing the issue to him, he gave us a rough high-end estimate, all the while making us aware that there was a possibility it could be more or less, depending on what he saw. When George came to inspect the basement, he was extremely thorough in answering all of our questions, as well as incredibly patient.

He took the time to explain exactly what the process entails, making sure we understood what would be happening every step of the way. He stuck with his original estimate, again making sure we knew that the only way to know exactly what we were dealing with was when he got behind the wall. Once the project began, he kept us involved with every step.

No decision was made without consulting us first, and explaining in detail what the pros and cons were. We ended up expanding the water system further than we initially planned, as George explained that while it MIGHT not be necessary, it would be a sort of safety net. There was no pressure, and the choice was ours. George and his small crew, David and Zach, handled everything from teardown, installation, mold treatment, and rebuild.

Everything was done the way we wanted, again with anything unsure being brought to our attention, and all decisions made by us. The best part of all: We came in $1400 under what we had planned for. Couldn't be happier with the service and the work. These guys do just about everything you could need done in a house, and I will be using them again.

George and his team installed a sump pump to control the water level underneath my house. They were on time, finished within approximately half a day, and were quick to patch a mistake in the drywall. I have not had any water issues since the install. George was very knowledgeable during the inspection, answering my excessive amount of questions. Prompt responsiveness to emails during and post install as well, a welcome change from interactions with other contractors.

I contacted George to have a sump pump installed in my basement. George's crew was able to do the work in one day. The whole process was efficient and clean. My basement is already so much drier, and I don't have to worry about a torrential downpour filling the space. They honestly did a beautiful job at a great price.
