More than 15 years ago we bought a house with a pool. They have been helping us take care of it all this time. They are perfectionist when it comes to water testing. Unfortunately for us a few years ago they had to replace a liner that was leaking. They did a great job. They saved our water, added stairs to our pool and were done quickly. I highly recommend them for your pool needs. They are always proactive. P.S. The owners are always a hoot to talk to.

They were there every step of the way from design to construction and on to after care. My pump broke and they stood behind thier products and fixed in less than two hours, not even thier fault. They fixed it super fast, best service ever

Update* 4 years ago I gave pool productions 5 stars. Back then, I had just bought a house with an in ground "pool" it was more like a swamp. Today I am still a dedicated customer! Pool productions answered all my questions and never tried to sell me anything. They never once pressured me into things I didn't need. With their help and my own internet research I was able to repair the pool returns, filter, and get from swamp green to crystal clear!

I've used them for 90% of our pool chemicals. Having a place where I can exchange my liquid chlorine jugs for full ones makes me feel a lot better about our pool's environmental impact! Never once have I had a poor experience here. Staff is always friendly, super knowledgeable and ready to help you out! Just the other day they were busy so the owner came out to help load me up.

That is exactly the type of business I love supporting! Lastly prices, I am willing to pay much more than online prices for products that come with knowledgeable staff interaction and are of high quality. If you are paying more than online here, I assure you, you are getting a good quality product and the staff can and will be happy to answer most any question you have about it. Keep that in mind but also realize they aren't going to pressure you so if you have a budget you can totally stick to it!

Pool Productions (Chris and another associate) just came out and closed our pool for the season, it was a great experience. They were very professional, did not seem to cut corners (like the previous company we used), and took some time to explain the process to my husband since we are hoping to close it ourselves next year. We switched to using Pool Productions completely this summer after continued bad experiences at another local company that we used to install our pool.

Everyone at Pool Productions is so helpful and takes the time for us whenever we have questions. I would definitely recommend, I can't tell you how many times my husband and I have said we wished we would have used Pool Productions from the start.

Driver review. Pool people and products are amazing. Called about over night parking. No issue. Very respectable, offered me coffee and H20, and facilities. Unloaded in less than an hr. As a past employee, Pool Productions is extremely professional and will do everything the right way. The pools are built to perfection, as no one in the Jackson area is in the same league. The customer service is the best I have ever seen. They will always make sure the customer is happy and informed. Loved working for this company and still would be if I wasn't attending school.

You Rock Pool Productions! You did a fantastic job replacing our 22-year old swimming pool liner this past August. Noah and the other workers worked very hard and were very proficient. They saved our existing pool water in blow up pools in our yard which made it great to swim soon after the liner was replaced. We were so impressed with how fast the men worked and when Noah said the liner would be completed in two days--it was!

We also made the decision to change over to Mineral Salt instead of using Chlorine and everyone who has been in our pool love it too. Andy and Jeanne Schneider are the best people to work with and possess the expertise that customers need. They are friendly, caring, honest and loyal to their customers. We feel like "family" when we come into the store with all their friendly employees.

Their staff Nate and Gary and all the others who are and have been employed by Pool Productions throughout the years have impressed my whole family. Thank you for all of our wonderful experiences with all of you!

Pool productions has the most polite, professional and friendly people working there. I had the worst experience trying to get my pool opened at another pool place. I decided to get a second opinion at Pool Productions and I am very glad I did. They explained everything that they were doing instead of just selling me a bunch of chemicals. Informative, but the customer service when problems arise is severely lacking. You get placed on a list for repairs/issues and never receive updates to your placement on the list. This makes it very difficult to ensure the work is being done correctly or to validate the work at all. When confronting them, all that is said is that they can only do so much during the busy season.

The busy season is the busy season and they should be staffed and prepared for it. If you can't make a scheduled appointment, then call and let the customer know. A very simple act can go a long way to easing a customers mind.

If you need pool chemicals-this is your place. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They can test your water, so there is no guessing as to what your pool needs.
