Outstanding customer service, honest and trustworthy! Mary just called my company to let us know that they can't purchase the part we need because they are not an authorized dealer for the company. Rather than tell us we have to order an entire new door, they gave us the part number and suggested a local competitor that we can order the part through. Outstanding!

Called them yesterday and they were very responsive and were out the very next morning to fix what I broke. Fixed me up in 15 minutes. Sure do appreciate the quick response because I wasn't able to close my garage door. Well worth the service fee not to have to risk life and limb messing with all the tension these doors have wrapped up in them.

Very happy with our new garage door! We called and explained that we had a carport that we were hoping to put a garage door on. Within a day or so, Chris came to the house, took measurements and provided us with detailed instructions on the framing and prep work we would need to get it ready for the door. They worked with our contractor to make sure everything was precise and exactly what we wanted, and within 3-4 weeks we had our beautiful custom garage door. The installers were quick and professional, we would absolutely recommend Hoosier Door!

Professional. He cares. Not just about certain Zip Codes. My home was severely impacted 10/10/2018 by Hurricane Michael. Highly recommend.

I needed a new garage door opener and HOOSIER Door was highly recommend. I called on a Monday and they were here Tuesday morning bright and early! They were prompt, efficient, and extremely courteous. They explained all the different options of garage door openers and they weren't pushy at all. The price was extremely reasonable but the customer service was outstanding. I will definitely use them in the future.

Great experience! My torsion spring broke on my garage door. I called first thing Monday morning and they were out in 3 hours to fix it! And that's with two people on vacation and a full load of calls they had to make. Totally impressed! It took the two men about 15-20 minutes to fix it and it runs and sounds better than it ever did. I'm a business owner myself and I highly recommend this company!
