I called Sean to clean our chimney which had been boarded up by the previous owner. He came, inspected it and told me it didn't need cleaning but could use some re-pointing if I wanted. As he was leaving he saw the newly exposed chimney in the kitchen and asked if I wanted him to check that one before he left. So thankful he did! Turns out the guy who installed our new furnace neglected to tell us that it was packed with soot and pieces of the lining that had disintegrated- such a fire hazard! Sean cleaned it and installed a new lining. He did a wonderful job, his price was fair, and we can't recommend him enough for the service he provided.
