I have used Robert Akins and ACS since the early 1990's and they are simply the best. In addition to great maintenance and repairs, they have installed two complete HVAC systems including ducts in two houses and both projects went flawlessly. One of them was a zoned system and it works great. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We (my wife and I) have been satisfied customers of ACS for twenty years. ACS, and especially the owner, Robert Akins, has always been fast, courtious, and efficient in addressing our heating and cooling issues. We recently woke up to a cold house. Robert came over quickly, diagosed the problem, went to get the parts, and repaired the unit so that we had heat by noon, and for what I consider to be a very reasonable charge. We can definitely recommend ACS!

We needed a dehumidifier for our basement. They determined the correct size and had to work out a way to fit it so it could sit near that A/C unit. They did a great job of creating a way for the vent to be installed within the distance required and while fitting it within the weight bearing studs that were in the way of a standard install. Great work, professional workers. I highly recommend this company.

Our crawlspace that contained our air handler & duct system was attacked by rats and mold. It was a dangerous situation that had to be handled quickly. Robert & his ACS people responded immediately to what was obviously going to be a big and time-consuming job, assessed the situation perfectly, and recommended remediation including a modern HVAC system with metal ducts.

They were amazingly efficient & within a few days we had healthy, clean air provided by a perfectly sized system. I will be forever grateful for ACS's quick response. I have signed up for annual maintenance with ACS to avoid this situation again.

So this man, Robert Atkins and His staff at his company goes so way beyond and it just amazing! You see, we had a severe issue last week which caused an emergency situation. I called Mr. Atkins in the middle of the night and he actually picked up the phone! We discussed the situation and he came out that day! He ordered the equipment and as soon as it arrived, which was the following business day, our new unit was installed! We can't thank him and his crew enough! Great Job ACS!
