We are experts in pool maintenance, operation and repair, for both commercial and residential clients in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area. We also specialize in "hard-to-find" parts for older spas and pools. We are a full service dealer. That means we service your warranty and don't "farm" it out (unless you are located more than 60 miles from Santa Fe). We want you to know that when you purchase your spa from us that it is just the start of your good times.
Services
We warranty our own hot tubs as well as numerous other manufacturers. When you buy a hot tub from us and have a warranty issue, we are the ones that will be helping you. Marquis Spas, Saratoga Spas, and Garden Leisure offer some of the best warranties in the business. Genesis Spas & Pool Supply services all our warranty calls (unless more than 60 miles out of Santa Fe, then we may provide qualified repair companies). Many times spas require a simple adjustment that the new owner can do quickly at home.
We stock all spa and swimming pool chemicals all year long for both residential and commercial applications. Genesis Spas & Pool Supply is happy to offer customers consultation on pool and spa water maintenance. We can advise you on traditional chlorine and bromine systems, as well as, alternative systems.

After having a horrible experience with a different company I was tempted to literally throw away my hot tub. Brad with Genesis came out and provided a couple of tests for less than 300.00 bucks and explained that my tub was fine. We then followed up with a brief one on one instruction course in which Brad explained the function and maintenance of my tub. I could not have been more please with the service and price. Highly recommend Brad and Genesis.

The control equipment on our hot tub was replaced by Genesis in July 2018. One year later it broke down. The Genesis tech explained "water had gotten into the control panel, " and we were quoted well over 1,000 to replace and repair. We contacted the manufacturer in an effort to prevent more expensive premature failures, and were told the failure was due to improper installation.
The owner of Genesis refuses to take responsibility, makes up flimsy excuses, tries to blame others, resents the fact that we uncovered improper installation by contacting the manufacturer. UPDATE: The owner's reply to this review is simply untrue. NO ONE worked on the hot tub after they installed the new control system in July of 2018. The attached photo shows they simply didn't mount the device- there is no mounting hardware on or around the failed device, despite the presence of several wood beams that would allow for mounting. Had I not checked with manufacturer I'd be out another $1000+. And probably next year too.

I looked for almost a year at hot tubs and went to Abq as well as 3 places in Santa Fe. This was by far the best experience I had! I felt pressured at the other stores and rushed to get a deal. At Genesis Spas the sales man was very helpful and never offered any deals only good for a week or so. I felt very comfortable and confident in the choice I made. I have had my hot tub 2 years now and love it and anytime I have had any questions or issues regarding the chemicals everyone at the store has been very helpful.

Ok, They seem like nice guys but come on, I bought a filter for my hot tub from them, trying to support local business, then went home googled the same exact filter and found it listed for 42% of what they charged me. I expected to pay a bit more buying local and not having to wait 2 days, but that is ridiculous. I will never patronize them again. Be warned! shop around.
