Our company had used Oxarc in the past, we left after going into the store, and receiving horrible service from "Frank" the manager. Fast forward to yesterday in a pinch I had to go in and pick up supplies, the new manager "Jessie" was great to work with, even short staffed he went out of his way to locate, and explain to me the difference's in the product I wanted, and the product I should be using. He not only saved me time, but also money in the process. We will be switching back to them going forward.

I was given some of the BEST service I have ever received in I don't how long of time. My GF and I dealt with 3 different people over 3 days and I spoke to one man on the phone and April helped me when I went in. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly and very helpful. Im also a vet and I have PTSD so my GF helps me by checking places out first because lets face it, most businesses aren't operating as well as what I seen with Oxarc this past week.
Once I have a feel for the business I either move forward if attitudes are good or find another business if the attitudes are bad. One thing that's been lost in today's world is the customer service of yesteryear. Back then the customer was ALWAYS right! Even IF they were wrong. Businesses competed with each other on who had the best customer service. I hope Oxarc continues this great customer service business model. It helped me more than I can explain.

If i can put negative stars I would. Only vendor during the mandatory covid closures that still charged us tank rental. All of our vendors from cable, internet, to alarm systems worked out a deal with us since all us small business owners were going through tough times. Not OXARC, they claim they were unaware an entertainment facility wasn't allowed to open during the mandatory closures of non essential businesses.
I told them to pick up their equipment. Id rather do business with people who care about each other. They left me with a fat bill but i am relieved that we are getting better service from another source. From all the reviews, it looks as if customer service is definitely lacking!

I took my fire extinguisher in to have it serviced for the year at the Oxarc off Broadway. The people were nice and helpful and said they only needed 24 hours to fill and certify the extinguisher for the year. 3 weeks later and many headaches I finally got my Fire Extinguisher back. Fast forward to 2019 a year later and I dropped off my extinguisher again.
I dropped it off on a Thursday and they said 24 hours for service. I came back the following Tuesday and it had not even been sent out and was still in the back room. Apparently customer service is still an issue a year later. I went to General Fire Extinguisher and had it all done in an hour for the same rate.

We have been shopping at oxarc for several years last week I was informed "they could not find my account." So I took the time to set up a new account at the service desk. Once processed I was informed it was "cash only." I then told them I have never delt in cash with them in the past because it's a company card. As it turned out what we needed was also out of stock so I told them I would come back when it was in to sort things out. Flash forward to today when I went back in they still had no record of me on file (even though I just opened a new account 5 days ago) I then filed another new account for credit card use. the system went down and I was told they would call me when it was figured out.
I received no call so around 4:30pm I called them and was transferred to a woman named Nola? She was very rude even though I was being calm, patient, and polite. As the conversation went on she made it clear she was getting more irrtated with the fact that we were even talking. I was then informed the company doesn't meet the criteria to buy from them.
Though they advertise open to the public. Needless to say I won't be dealing with this company any longer nor will the three other companies that are subsidiary as decided by the owner.
