We were putting in a new concrete surface around the pool. We had to test leaks and repair things before the concrete was poured. We had to coordinate getting the work done around the concrete people who were also moving forward and had a time frame for our agreement. CPS was attentive to all of these dynamics. They were there to personally see the issue to completion.

They adjusted as the logistics changed due to schedules, rain, labor. They take pride in their work and were excellent with communication as they got our pool squared up and read to be covered in concrete. They were a lifeline. All this would have been a disaster with other pool companies. I have used another service before which seemed to take the large demand for pull guys for granted.

They were horrible with communication and put you off taking for granted that you needed them. Well not now. The best move I made was getting out of Madison County for a pool guy. If you have a pool, you need a relationship with someone who never disregards your concerns.

Really disappointed the service we received or should I say didn't receive. I called about having a liner installed, salesman came out to my home took measurements and talked with me on text to maybe three time then nothing. I called several times, unfortunately never spoke with the salesman, it was always we will take a message and give it to him.

Then I asked to speak with the manager and was told that there wasn't one at this location but we will let the salesman know you wanted to talk with the manager. This process started back in May and it's now October, and I still have not heard anything from the Manger or salesman. It's sad the level of service you receive from businesses these days.

Just finished building a pool with CPS. Had direct communications with the business owner throughout the whole process. Crews were courteous, professional, and masters of their craft. We are very pleased with the final product and are now using their maintenance services. Great experience!

They have always been quick to answer any questions we have or even have run out to make sure we were taken care of. We highly recommend CPS. The customer service is always consistent, they have an amazing team of trained professionals who will test your water free of charge as long as you purchase the chemicals there! Seth has always been such a professional pool tech more than willing to answer my many questions no matter big or small he's so patient!

Bring water sample, buy what they tell you to, follow their instructions.pool stays clear all year long. I've been a customer for the past 8 years. Prices are a little high for some things but chances are they have what you need AND you have their support.
