How old is your heating and cooling system? On average, a heating and cooling system will last 15 to 20 years. You can wait for it to break and treat it as an emergency, or you can proactively replace it during our slow season and benefit from our best offer of the year! Alpine was excellent! I woke up with my furnace not running, I called Alpine and Heidi explained how they operate their service calls so I knew exactly what to expect. Alpine sent Ron out within a few hours. Ron was able to fix my furnace and made sure everything was working correctly including the fan before he left. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing, explained to me what he was doing and what the issue was and what he had to do to fix it. I highly recommend Alpine.

Kyle did an amazing job repairing our furnace. He made sure that we had heat while the furnace was down, and came back quickly to finish once he had the correct part. Only nitpick would be that he did not verify that the part was not out of warranty, just made an educated guess based on the install date of the furnace. However, upon us asking, he did follow up promptly with the manufacturer and once it was verified as under warranty he removed the price of the part from our invoice. All in all a great job!
