Nick at BFMD was friendly, professional and went out of his way to fix my clogged sink. Would recommend BFMD to anyone who needed them.

BFMD is a great place if you need your water main or sewer main replaced. If you have a wet spot in your yard or your water bill has been unusually high give them a call. But if you are having problems with your toilets backing up they have all the drain cleaning needs you could ask for. Give them a call today!

I had the water main/line to my home replaced. The experience was everything you want from a contractor. They were easy to contact. The work was quickly arranged. The price was reasonable and clear. Then good quality work was done, professionally, on time and at the quoted price.

They replaced the sewer line at my rental home a couple of years ago and in early 2021 replaced the sewer line at our Annapolis home. Great job. Crew was very professional and cleaned everything up. Spent the time to make sure the straw was put down correctly. Service: Sewer cleaning

Don't recommend at all apparent lost part of the drainer in my drajn

I called with a simple plumbing leak in my motorhome that is easy to access and assess and they refused to even look at my issue to discern if they could do the repair. I offered to drive to their shop to save time and not waste a house call. But, they wouldn't even entertain my potential business. Thanks for nothing.

These guys were subbed out by the company we have an HVAC contract with so there wasn't any institutional history with them, and that meant we weren't negotiating any prices because of any long-standing maintenance policies. That said, they were willing to work with us a bit on price, but more so, the plumber they sent out (Kenny) was very professional and able to fix our problem.

He had that good balance between wanting to get the work done and not wanting to rush through it, which meant he solved the issue correctly and completely. So all in all, thumbs up.

Overall the experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing was outstanding. Same day service; professional installer who worked fast and efficiently. My only confusion was when calling what I thought was a local Manchester location (definitely a Carroll County exchange) in order to support our local businesses I reached a general scheduling service. The installer that came to the house was not from Manchester despite being told by the scheduling service that is who would be doing the work. Still a great experience.

(I thought I had already done this but want to be acomodating to this company!) I was pleased with my service! I had a clogged drain under my kitchen sink and a service call was scheduled. I was notified when workers would arrive, and when they did- both were polite, friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and fix it without any mess remaining.

Service was good. Charged too much for replacement part (3x retail).

Prompt, diagnosed problem, gave me reasonable rate. Fixed it quickly.

Horrible service, installed a sump pump incorrectly, sewage was then being pumped into our basement. They wouldn't even come back to fix it. Although they kept acknowlegeing it was an emergency, they had no one available to make it right. Don't risk calling this company.

For the second time in a row, this employee has left a job done here screwed up. The first time I asked a plumber friend to fix the diverter in my new shower and he thought the Franklin tech was either high or incredibly inept. When I reported the mistake done this time - hot position ran cold, and vice versa - I suggested that there be a random drug test given to him.

To be fair, I have to say that the man who came to correct the problem was completely capable and courteous. But I'd really rather not rearrange my Saturday morning to be here because of someone's sloppy work.

These guys do great work, they are prompt, courteous and CLEAN! I've used them several times for both planned maintenance and emergencies and have been very happy. I especially like how flexible they have been with scheduling, they've never left me waiting around the house all day!
