The milled surfaces can also be altered to a level in which new binder and/or a top course of asphalt is installed to the desired grade.

They are doing the roads in Stamford, they were loud, parked where they weren't supposed to and washed their street sweeper with the garbage running right down the street. They waste gas, sat for an hour with the four truck engines running. I hope someone else sees this and looks into it.
