Very impressed with the service here. Dealership couldn't get me in for 3 months so they replaced it themselves. Everyone was so nice. They even had Lyft take me home all the way to San Tan Valley. And picked me up when it was done. Would definitely recommend!

I used K & B autoglass as my Subaru Dealer reccomended them and works with them for the Callibration of the Windshield. When I scheduled with them we scheduled with the Subaru Dealer for 8am and they said it would take a few hours. I waited until 9:20am and they still haven't showed up or contacted me. I called and they stated they do time blocks and would be here between 8 and 12.

A time block was never communicated to me or the Subaru Dealer at any time. I would cancel and not give them my service if I didn't already wait a few weeks for the replacement of my Windshield and would have to wait another few weeks to get it rescheduled with another company.

This place is a reputable glass repair shop that really takes car of replacing your cars windshield and not cutting corners like that other nationwide auto glass chain.

This company is a absolute scam. I payed fir a warranty to get my glasses replaced if it ever cracks. They replaced it once. The second time they told me they only do it once a year. Onto my third glass now and they are telling me they only replace it if they installed it poorly. That's gotta be the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Obviously if you mess it up you need to replace it.

Do not trust this business. Edit: they have already covered a cracked windshield from a rock once. And now as the owner states they are completely denying it. Clearly a shady way to sell warranty. I was specifically told the warranty would cover cracks from rocks when purchasing this warranty

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value They don't take responsibility for what they do, I got the windshield replaced few months ago and got cracked just this past week and they putting as excuse that one millimeter rock brake it. Exceptional service. From ordering the factory glass directly through them, to its arrival, seemless scheduling, removal and installation. My installer Ben was absolutely incredible replacing my windshield, , doing what seemingly is a difficult job, he is a master at his profession, very polite, courteous, and a really nice guy. K and B Auto Glass did a great job in replacing my windshield. Yes, it did take a few weeks to become available but with the supply chain being backed up it didn't surprise me. The lady (Alexa?) that helped me also coordinated with the dealership to calibrate the windshield. I don't know the reason behind the negative reviews but IMO, they're a stellar business.

One week after getting the windshield replaced, a rock made a crack in my windshield AGAIN! Jimmy filled the crack and I was done in 20 minutes. I definitely recommend K and B.

Worst service of all time. They came to replaced my window glass and while tinting broke the regulator and instead of taking responsibility just decided to ignore the problem. Stay away from these people. worst valley business

Glass, free of charge from my insurer. Service = bad. They didn't treat my vehicle as if it was theirs, they left debris inside and outside my vehicle, left dirt marks on the fabric, opened the door and stood right on the side of my vehicle. First thing this company should do is invest in a actual stool for starters.

Sadly, I cannot comment on their actual product because their customer service is horrible. Went through my insurance company who referred me to K&B. I contacted them, gave them vehicle info and the rep said she would call me back same day with availability of my windshield and service date. A week later I called to check on the status. I called twice, each time being placed on hold for 10 minutes, only to then be directed to an answering service.

I left a message the second time. It has been two weekdays since leaving the message and still no call. It sounds like their business is good, so they won't miss mine. Sheesh.what a colossal waste of time. UPDATE: They finally returned my call only tell me the delay was my fault as they had "problems" authorizing the repair with my insurance claim.

Though I was never informed of any problem, the rep said they assumed I was working with my insurance. What a load of BS. I know this is BS because while the rep and I were talking, one of her colleagues said the insurance referral number I initially provided just came through. This tells me they never ran it and likely just forgot about it. Again, horrible customer service. Blaming the customer for your screw up. Keep it classy K&B.sheesh.

Over 300$ and I had to deal with unprofessional, they lost my order, never knew where my glass was. Never called me with updates I always had to call for updates for 2 weeks straight. Way unorganized I do not recommend coming here, can find cheaper and better somewhere else, I learned my lesson!

Referred to K &B by the Jeep dealership in Gilbert. Scheduled with Matt over the phone. He was very professional and answer all my questions. Kevin came by a couple days later and the windshield looks great. Such an easy and convenient process. Definitely recommend and will come back if I get another cracked windshield.

Ranae was so helpful through this process.there was issue with the dealership and insurance billing, and she took the reigns and got it handled for me. I really appreciated the helpfulness and her going out of her way to assist in the process. Great customer service. Would recommend this company to others.

I've been very pleased with this company! I have had them replace my windshield multiple times. They do a good job and stand behind their installs, no questions asked. I recently had a windshield replaced with a HUD, it was blurry after the new windshield was installed. After discovering it was the wrong glass, K&B took care of it. Refreshing to have a company stand behind their work.

The tech that came out to replace our windshield was very polite and very meticulous when doing his job. The people I talked to at K&B were also very polite people to deal with. The job was done in a timely matter and he ask us if we had any questions. We were very impressed with them. If we ever have another problem we will definitely go back to them.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. this company rocks it, they made the call to my auto insurance no Hassel, my advisor John Quintero was very professional, made it smooth and called to check to make sure all was perfect after job was done. installer was great also he followed all covid 19 proticals called me in advance to let me know he was on the way and not only on time but 15 min early.i highly recommend K&B glass.

I was referred to this company. From the first call right through the part fist bump with the installer in front of my home it was simply First Class. Handled the insurance call as well. Honestly the process was so well handled, without a doubt, I will call this company every time I need Glass Work done.

I purchased a late model used vehicle from a dealership and when I got it home I noticed a horrible road noise coming from the windshield. The dealer sent K&B out to repair another shop's bad work. K&B was amazing! John Q. went well above and beyond to make sure the work was done right and the car was returned when it was promised. Because of an issue with the safety tech discovered after windshield installation, that was not related to any work K&B did, they had to take the car to a dealership and made sure things were sorted. John even called me and said he would just take an Uber back to the shop as the dealership was closer to my house. I will never use another glass shop, K&B has earned my loyalty.

I've always had a pleasant experience with K & B. They've replaced my windshield numerous times because Arizona rains rocks and debris. My insurance covered every repair. Tony and Jeremy have been amazing techs, professional and courteous. They were recommended by my mechanic and I haven't looked elsewhere, especially when the best recommends the best. Will probably see them in another few weeks!

Well our AZ highways bit my car! My BMW is only a few weeks old and a rock hit the windshield and sent a crack right down the center of my view 10+ inches long. Thank heavens Chandler BMW recommended K & B Auto Glass- Doug Koester was out to us in less than 48 hours, and the job was quoted to take 2 hours to complete. He was done in exactly 2 hours. Phenomenal service, and even saved me a trip back to BMW by re-calibrating my system- heads up display, lane-change assist, everything fully re-calibrated! They are "Approved by all insurances" - had our code right there- so billed to our insurance right away. They're Licensed and insured. Office- 480-229-4748

I cannot say enough about this place. Through the roof customer service and excellent workmanship. I'm in no way tied to this business but I feel compelled to give them the stellar review they deserve. Called yesterday, they set up insurance call and got me OEM Glass. Service tech was slated to arrive the next day from 10-2. he shows up at 10 and is done by 10:45. Could not be happier with them. THE BEST!
