Immediately upon entering, we were greeted and felt welcome to walk the showroom. We were not pressured by a salesperson following us throughout the store. I can't adequately express how happy I am over the service I received from Michael Alan Furniture and especially Surie! She is so talented and my house looks amazing! I picked out some pieces and gave her a key to my house and she and her crew did their magic! I was so surprised when I arrived at my house in Havasu that I cried when I saw the finished product! Wow! I can't recommend them enough! This is our dream house we have been building for 13 months. Thank you Surie!

We bought a leather sofa today. It was the easiest furniture shopping trip ever! Our design associate, Jen Fisher, asked us what we wanted in terms of size, color, material, and features. She then led us to sofas with the requested features. After sitting on a few sofas, we chose the one that fit us best. We can't wait for it to be delivered!
