It started 40 years ago with a retailer named Porter Chopping, who offered his plumbing, carpeting and electrical services out of a small shop in Riverton. Repairman called me to say the part was ordered, said "it will get here whernever it gets here" I say I wanted to be there when he comes to go over the equipment. He said he never got the message. I had just stopped by the store, girl said she had no record of us needing a repair call. I left my number. He called later and was totally arrogant to me.

Honest and reputable. They came when they were scheduled to, and had a very quick turn around on getting a quote and installed. Price was good for them traveling and being one of the only people nearby selling fireplaces.

Really good service! I had an issue with something that wasn't done properly to my pellet stove. It caused some other problems, when dealing with them I went in and spoke with Bill the owner. After talking with him the whole thing was taken care of right away! I really appreciate the fact that he went out of his way to take care of it! Iwould highly recommend, to anyone who is looking for a pellet stove too go there! Customer service is forgotten nowadays by most businesses, but not with Bill and his crew. If you are in need of a pellet stove, hot tub or smoker go see porters.

Leo is the guy to talk to if you have hot tub questions. I wouldn't recommend any other person at their store right now for anything particularly technical.
