I needed post air filters for a Honeywell Electronic Air Cleaner that was 1993 vintage - 28 years old - Bel-Aire had the right pair of 16 x 12.5 inch filters and they arrived in 3 days and fit perfectly. With COVID 19, filter manufacturers have shifted to facemasks so getting furnace filters from local stores was impossible - but Bel-Aire had the right ones and they fit perfectly. THANKS!

I got lucky. I got lucky a couple of years ago as I searched the internet for a special part for my older Aprilaire unit. I got lucky finding Bel-Aire (i.e. ElectronicAirCleaners.com). They had the part. Since that time, I have placed a few other orders. I'm a regular home owner, so I'm not ordering all that often. Bel-Aire's prices are competitive, which is important, but selection and having a website that is user-friendly matters to.
As for service, Bel-Are's service takes a back-seat to no one. My latest online experience was when I placed two(2) orders back-to-back (my error, I forget a part and had to place a second order). No worries, just a little extra shipping cost for two(2) packages instead of one. NOT SO FAST, Bel-Aire's shipping department combined the orders, and then credited me the saved shipping expense. WITHOUT ME ASKING. Kinda neighborly if you ask me. Well done Bel-Aire!

I really had an excellent interaction with this company. It started on their website to help me diagnosis my faulty Electronic Air Cleaner and then a follow up with their customer service on the return policy before ordering. The part (circuit board) I ordered was well packed with good instructions. It worked perfectly. I was very impressed overall with their service and product.
