Working with Steven and his team was great. He was extermely responsive and his team were prompt and efficient. As we moved through the project, and design changed slightly they worked with us to ensure we got the bathroom we envisioned. The end product was just that. Awesome, job well done. Steven and his team finished our basement with open bar concept beautifully and in a timely manner. Let me start with flooring, the Eng Hardwood was amazingly put and excellently complementing the accent wall. Steven and David's over all project layout including the dimmable lighting was finished unbelievably perfect. Steven is very professional, responsive, ethical, honest with integrity to have as a contractor.

Project was completed with excellent quality exceeding our expectations, and most importantly with a reasonable and affordable cost. We are already enjoying it and receiving many compliments from family and friends. We have known Steven since 2014 when we needed a recovery work for water damage, and he took responsibility to deal with insurance and did an incredible job. We strongly and proudly recommend him without reservation.

Steve at Chevy Chase remodeling did a phenomenal job managing my project so I could focus on the logistics of my move. I had a huge interior paint job that needed to be done, a tight timeline and a very taught budget. Steve and his team delivered on all of my expectations within budget and on time. A few unexpected glitches emerged, but Steve proposed affordable, quality solutions and still managed to get the job done a day early.

In the past I've hired handymen to do work because I thought it would save me money. I'll never make that mistake again because Steve's prices were the same as what I would've paid individual contractors and I didn't have the headache of coordinating them, or the worry that something would be done less than professionally. We had to get full roof replacement to our main house and a two level, two car garage family room roof. Our house is located downtown silver spring. Chevy chase remodeling responded to our email request on time and gave us the best price with labor and material warranties. We glad we chose Chevy chase remodeling for this project b/c we had very limited time to replace the roof b/c of insurance requirement.

Okay, so I thought I gave a review in 2016, maybe I didn't. So I am writing another one or two. I must say this company is the best. My kitchen turned out beautifully. It was an old kitchen built 45 years ago. Steven depolar who contracted the work for me was great, efficient, professional and fair. My kitchen is up to date and was a total remodeling job.

They started from scratch. When it was done, I did not want to cook or get my kitchen dirty. The company did an amazing job. The only downside is, that I wish I had the company do my bathroom but it was too late. Second review. I went back to Chevy Chase Remolding to turn my mom's closet in the first level of her house into a half bath. She is 74 years old and needed to have a bathroom on the first level. Wow, it's done and boy is that bathroom beautiful.

The company turned a walk-in closet into a bathroom. You could never tell it use to be a closet. My mom got a beautiful bathroom for a Christmas present. Thanks Chevy Chase Remolding and Steven depollar for my new kitchen and my mom's bathroom. Next is my mom's kitchen and her other bathroom upstairs that I gotta get fix!
