Broomhall Brothers provides Planned Maintenance Programs customized to extend the life of equipment while improving reliability and eliminating troublesome failures.
At Broomhall Brothers here in Denver, we have been installing and servicing high efficiency boilers since 1997. We have worked on most types and brands of boilers, including specialty equipment lines like Lochinvar, Raypak, Allied, Dunkirk, RBI, and HTC. Our current recommendation for hot water boilers is with the Lochinvar product line, where our technicians are factory-trained at the Lebanon, Tennessee facility.
As a Denver hot water contractor, Broomhall Brothers services, repairs, and installs major brands like State, AO Smith, Rheem, GE, as well as 40-400 gallon water tanks. We keep to industry standards and maintain U.S. Department of Energy requirements for water heaters. With these regulations and improvements, there are sizing and planning issues to be aware of when replacing your water heater. Water heaters may now be bigger in size so this will require more space for installing the newer, higher efficiency water heaters.

They do honest work so far but I have used them in the past too pretty quick response to emergency calls I would recommend them if they come for an Everhot replacement they will take your old one even if you tell them to leave in boiler room and if not they charge you for your own Everhot to scrap it!

I had a heat issue with the boiler at the apartment complex I manage and needed it repaired asap! Arturo Basron was the technician that showed up to make the repair. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to make the repair in no time and helped order some parts we needed. He also gave our maintenance supervisor some recommendations for our boiler system. I would absolutely recommend Broomhall Brothers and specifically Arturo as he was a huge help and so friendly!

I'm a property manager and would not use anyone other than Broomhall Bros to work on our boiler system. We have a building with a boiler that is over 40 years old and they've worked on it several times. Each time the service has been professional, on-time and affordable. Manny has kept me informed as to when they could complete the work and they always show up as scheduled.
Most recently one of my zone valves was fried and needed replaced. The shut off valve was also shot, which meant the system had to be drained in order to replace the zone valve. Luis came out and did an outstanding job, he was obviously very knowledgable regarding the entire boiler system, he worked very efficiently and quickly and was willing to answer my questions while he worked.
When the job was complete, the new zone valve still didn't work properly. Luis trouble shot it and determined the wire that ran from the thermostat in the apartment to the valve was bad. He came up with a very creative solution to resolve the issue, which saved me money and kept from having to break multiple holes in the dry wall. Great company.

Joe came to our apartment today to fix the air conditioner system. The system was never work since we moved here 2 years ago. Very professional and talented person. We heard so many excuses from our building management people about the problem and we already gave up and decided to move out as soon as the lease over. Any ways he came today he find out what exactly happened and told as it will be fix. After he spent several hours, he got us a cool air for the first time. Thanks Joe. You were very kind.

From the technicians to the office staff.a special shout out to Tina. I was truly blown away by my experience with them! As a homeowner, we have a lot on our plates from day to day and when ANYTHING in your house breaks we ALL know the level of added stress, anxiety, and the time consuming process it puts on our shoulders. Most company's today aren't as willing to go out of their way for the consumer as Broomhall Brothers was.
They handled all paperwork, phone calls, and even scheduling the city inspection afterwards. It's all the little things that matter and it helps restore my faith in humanity. Thank you!

Six stars. Our 100 year-old boiler went down on a weekend, and we spent the better part of the week trying to find someone willing to work on it. Few companies were willing to even look at it before telling us they wouldn't work on it. Some companies came out and charged us $50 to look at it and then tell us they wouldn't work on it. Some were willing to sell us a new boiler (50k), but they refused to try and repair one broken pipe.
Finally called Broomhall late Thursday afternoon. They were very sorry that they couldn't come out that evening, but came out first thing Friday morning. Ethan and Mauricio were optimistic, even enthusiastic about tackling our job. That kind of can-do attitude is hard to find these days, but Broomhall came through. They were here most of the day, had one complication after the other, but Ethan and Mauricio never gave up.
One of the most complicated and difficult repairs I've ever seen, and they came through like champs. It's cold, dank and dark in our boiler room, and I didn't hear a single complaint all day. Other companies complained non-stop. Our boiler has been working perfectly ever since, zero leaks for the first time in decades. I can't say enough about Ethan and Mauricio. Polite, professional, and clearly experts at their trade.
They could have given up halfway through, and I would still be singing their praises. The fact that they were able to make this repair is nothing short of miraculous, especially given the fact that 10 other companies refused to even try. I've been a property manager for 10 years, and a construction contractor for 30. Broomhall will be getting 100% of our business from now on.

My heater was broken for couple days. Joe and Isaac came in this morning and replaced the old one for a brand new heater. They were very friendly and understandable, the service was amazing I'm very happy and thankful with everything they have done. Very professional and helpful I recommend this company 100% I wish I could give them 10 stars. THANK YOU

Isaac and Joe are very professional. I was coming home met them in the parking lot. They immediately told me what they were doing and what to expect when entering the door. Isac noticed the little mold and he immediately notified Maintenance. They took care of it before Isac and Joe install the new water heater. I appreciate that very much. The product looks nice( safe). They're fast, neat, smart and trustworthy. 100% recommended!

Quick response on New Year's Eve. My furnace went out overnight and they were able to get someone out that day. Adam did a great job identifying the problem, getting the part, and troubleshooting everything to make sure that there were no other issues. He also gave me some tips on a better (cheaper!) furnace filter for future reference and how to set it up more effectively.

My AC was out for a few days when Joe from Broomhall Brothers got called in to fix it. He was so nice and immediately went out of his way to explain all the issues we were having and told me how I should capture future issues should it happen again. Lo and behold the issues persisted and he came back within 20 minutes of leaving to re-diagnose the issue.
After he accurately diagnosed the issue he came back within 48 hours to replace our fan and did it in less than an hour. I am so pleased with the service and professionalism of Joe. His company is lucky to have him!

After reading the reviews on google I was skeptical about contacting Broomhall Brothers. Boy was my fear unfounded. These guys were super professional, showed up on time and did a bang up job at our location. They came to help when nobody else would even answer the phone. Dealing with the owner Jim Broomhall was a treat as well. He is very straight forward and I appreciate that.
There were no 'phantom' charges or extra charges of any kind. That was a first in my experience dealing with HVAC companies. After they took care of us I had to write a review. As a business owner I understand that making everybody happy is impossible, and the unhappy customer will have the drive to write bad reviews. It's really a shame. We on the other hand had an awesome experience.
