Venture Window offered great customer service from start to finish. They have high quality windows and doors at a fair price! Their full time installers were very professional, used all the right products, and did an excellent job at installing our entry door and windows.

I had my front doors and windows replaced recently by Venture Window LLC. The salesman, Roger, was great. They are very knowledgeable and true professionals. The installers took great care when working in my home - neat and efficient.

Venture recently installed new double pane windows in my rental property. After dealing with this company, our family will never ever use another company. It's comforting to know and feel secure about their quality and their service. The fact that they have been around for 37 years tells me they have a great business model. The owners, Bruce & John still oversee all work and guarantee all workmanship.

I had the pleasure of meeting the Venture Window team several years ago after I bought my first home. The price, quality and service was fantastic. Since then I made it my commitment to only use their services. Their commitment to detail, customer service and two-way communication far surpasses any company we have used in the past.

Venture's siding crew was very pleasant and professional during the whole process of siding my home! They took their time; cleaned up after their every move and did a perfect job! They even had a port-a-john delivered so their crew didn't impose on us. Super professional!

Locally owned company. Very happy with their windows, sales approach, and price. They did not do any sort of high pressure sales tactics, which happens a lot in this industry. The installation was quick, the installers cleaned up after themselves, and when we had a problem with a window (needed adjusting), one of the installers came back to fix it.

Venture window is by far the best company to trust your home improvement project to. We were very satisfied from the quoting process to the completed work, very professional, courteous. Their installers are also great - hardworking and competent. Highly recommended!

Every window they installed has failed. Every single one. Getting them to replace them under the "lifetime warranty" has been quite an adventure. They now refer you to someone else if you need to process the warranty. After 4 Phone calls and a "yeah yeah, we will get you the information on who to call" I'm still waiting. I always try to shop local and avoid the big guys but this was such a bad decision. Got the information I needed AFTER this post and 3 phone calls.

Still had a unacceptable failure rate of windows and a patio slider. Submitted claim to manufacturer. We will see how that goes. Their voice mail says most claims evaluated within 4 weeks.

I worked with John Mills and some of his team and they were great! We live in a historic district in Providence and John was very familiar with the process and the type of product that would meet the historic commission standards. We ended up purchasing new storm windows that look great and are much more practical that what we had. The installation team was very professional and competent. John even stopped by for a follow-up to see how how we liked the process & results - nice touch!

Competed this job via Yelp and had some good visits as a result. But Scott Lombardi brought a level of customer care and created confidence that Venture Windows might be a better choice. Their numbers came in lower too in the hand written cost estimate. Quality Windows are now installed and we will do more business in the future. All windows and workmanship is covered under a great warranty too. This local company is strongly recommended for call your window replacement needs.

Their communication was great and professional installations were perfect, I had two exterior doors replaced. the jobs were done really well. They even came back the following day to rectify one little thing that I asked them to take care of. Job was done on time no complaints. Doors look great

Hired Venture Window last week, and 2 double casement windows will be installed in mid June. This is a review of our first impression. A follow up review will come after installation. Excellent! Bill L. sold us only what we wanted at a fair price. Another company was so high pressure, we cancelled their visit, and a third messed up our scheduled appointment.

I highly recommend Venture Window! They recently converted my parents' old screened-in porch into a gorgeous new sunroom. They were quick to respond to our inquiries with an on-site visit and a reasonable and detailed estimate. After setting our expectations for a 5-week wait time, they were able to start the job a few days sooner and their crew was always on time, respectful, and friendly, which made the experience that much nicer.

Throughout the short project, Bill was great about sharing their progress with me via photos and keeping me in the loop via phone and email. My parents and I couldn't be more pleased with the results or with the service provided by Venture, and we're thrilled to recommend them.

As an update this your typical RI business that gives you that "good ole boys feeling" when you walk in. If you don' t know what that means then you havent been in RI long enough. I ended up buying from Home Depot all 8 windows shipped to the house for $535 Apparently they arent as custom sized as they thought. Maybe it was wrong for me to insinuate the reasons for why they were discourteous and ill own that.

But treating potential customers like they are unwelcomed is unacceptable. I'm self-employed and would never treat my clients like this. Job got done and saved hundreds elsewhere. Lesson learned.

They replaced two of my skylights. They were very thorough, professional, the install went well, and the price seemed fair. I would recommend them.

Had a new roof put in and they asked me who put the skylight in. I told them Venture and I was told that they were very impressed with the install.

Windows are only on order, so haven't received yet, but I was VERY impressed with the gentleman who came to assess what i needed. I thought I needed 5 windows. He looked at it all, & in fact, I only need to replace TWO! Im shocked, but thrilled, at a company who is honest enough to save me a LOT of money, when they easily could have just let me think I needed those other 3 windows. Ill recommend Venture to anyone! Thank you!

Great Job by Ventures team Venture installed 22 quality Timberline windows to my house. THE past two winters 2015 and 2016 my heating cost dropped 30%, and that's good for a big old house

The experience from the first phone call to the measure & the final install usually goes seamless and is exactly what I'm looking for for my projects. I'm really impressed with Venture. We've worked with them several times now, replacing the windows on our nearly 100-year-old house, and every time they're been efficient, professional and extremely helpful. Let's face it: there's noting glamorous about windows and doors. You want security, ease of use and once you've made the purchase, you don't ever really want to think about them again. Walking into Venture isn't all that exciting, but once the sales people come over to help, it's a really easy process getting to the bottom of what you need an how much it will cost. Pricing is reasonable and includes a consultation and visit to measure, and the installation which is huge.

All windows have to be ordered specifically for the job, so expect to wait a few weeks for the actual installation to occur. Another thing I love about Venture: they're locally owned and operated, and have been for the entirely of their 30-year existence. Support local, people! It's always better to work with the guy you can call in 5 years when you need some help (or to buy more windows!)
