IKB did a bathroom renovation for us and we couldn't be happier with the results! The project was more extensive than a typical renovation since it involved taking some space from another room and reconfiguring the bathroom layout. We had no idea how to envision the new space, but Robert drew up a great plan that maximized our space perfectly and gave us a ton of new storage.
The work was done on time and on budget. While any renovation is unavoidably disruptive, they did their best to minimize that, and cleaned up well at the end of each day. It's been about 2 years and everything is still functioning properly and looks as good as it did on day 1. I highly recommend their work.

I used Robert and his team at Innovative 5 years ago. He was professional and with his help I now have a spectacular kitchen. Robert helped me with my design and had many useful suggestions for improvements. The contractors showed up when they said they would and got the job done. Five years later, if there's a problem, they're still there. I've never had a more positive experience with a contractor.

While I had a positive experience with IKB for my bathroom remodeling job (quick, and professional), when I had an issue with shower diverter handle which came loose, that they had ordered and installed, and for which I was concerned about warranty, about 10 months after the install was complete, I called 3 times, left messages for the head contractor with his staff, and HE NEVER CALLED BACK. not even to say, "hey, I'm really busy, but your business is important to me, can we address this in a few weeks. " etc. So basically don't count on them to guarantee anything after they have cashed the last check you wrote.

I run a business and could not believe it when the owner of this company said, "I don't talk to customers" when I had an issue with pricing. Very expensive and unaccommodating. Very poor communication. Did not want to accept credit cards as did not want to pay the fee. Work was acceptable but not exceptional in any way whatsoever. There are MANY companies who fabricate and install granite/stone, etc. I'd recommend using one of them.
