Q: What is cast stone? A: Cast Stone is defined as "a refined architectural concrete building unit manufactured to simulate natural cut stone, used in unit masonry applications." Cast Stone is a masonry product, used as an architectural feature, trim, ornament or facing for buildings or other structures.
A 2-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship covers all Ark-Concrete Specialties, Inc. merchandise. 2. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper installation, abuse, natural disasters or shifting of base structure. 3. This warranty excludes installation and finish weathering.

Hi, Mia Ramon here. since I cannot reply to the negative comment below I will comment here. Let us put some context on Mr. Justin Nicholsons comment below. I ordered several pizzas for my team at The Ark, they do an amazing job and are incredible workers so we tried doing something nice. After almost an hour and a half of the pizzas sitting at the store location, I called in to see what the issue was, as the allotted lunchtime for this was nearing an end.
The employees at this location told me that they were short on drivers and that the delivery driver was leaving right at that moment to come bring us our order. We are six minutes away. The driver took over half an hour to get to us. Of course I was upset, but I hadn't any plans on taking it out on the driver, I understand that things get busy. I even had a large sum of cash to give him as a tip.
But when Mr. Nicholson came in I asked why it had taken so long, I was met with a don't-care attitude, a shrug and was told "It aint my fault" - which was incredibly rude. And while I was disappointed with the service we had received, at NO point did I slap his hand. That is false. Whatever the issue Mr. Nicholson had it was with me personally and should not have any bearing on the reviews for this company.
The Ark Cast Stone is a phenomenal place with truly wonderful employees who are helpful and brilliant. I am honored to work there. Mr. Nicholsons complaints are personal, not professional. I have taken my complaints with my service with his company to his corporate office as one should, and have chosen not to 'blast' the company because of one interaction with a negative employee.

I was not a customer but a delivery driver. Due to a delivery before hand and 12:00 Houston traffic I was a few minutes behind and in response I was met with huge disrespect from a worker there name Mia Ramon. The employee ignored me and forced /slapped the pin in my hand and walked off. I just hope the owner promotes better service than what I received. Thank you

When we first visited Ark as recommended by our builder, we were pleased with the people we met and the initial process of placing our order for our new custom home. After that, pretty much everything was a hassle. The follow through was delayed, incorrect, and poorly managed. The installation and workmanship needed to be monitored and had to be guided and corrected.
When it came to order a couple of additional pieces, they never return your phone calls and never reply to emails. Their customer service is not good. Their product overall was good, but it was such an ordeal to get anything done.

We hired The Ark Cast Stone to create a custom vent hood surround for our kitchen remodel. Ethan Kilpatrick was our primary contact and he was easily accessible, highly knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the job was done to our standards. The work was of very high quality and the workers to care to clean up after themselves each day. The end result is stunning, we could not be more pleased and would highly recommend Ark to anyone with a cast stone project.
